I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

The reason is that you choose the wrong project, the market is changing and will take steps beyond our plan. Why not study it carefully and make a detailed plan for your portfolio. Be more cautious and learn a lot of new knowledge

from the coin you saved earlier, I see that the coin is not much interested in the activity of buying and selling in the market. maybe that's the factor that causes the coin price to be difficult to rise at its highest price, because it is not included in the buyer's favorite coin

Because your coins is bullshit too,that is why there are no improvements,HOLDING good altcoins and tokens will give you a lot of profits but holding these shitcoins which doesnt have good working product/services wont give you anything even you waited hundreds of years.Do a lot of research find new potential coins or projects only invest to good projects,read whitepaper check the team,the current developments and im sure your holdings will give you much better outcome.

Holding is bullshit depending on the useless token you are holding onto. remember that some alts have already appreciated in price, last year alone check some alts prices then tell me if those holding them are actually holding bullshit. Do your research proper and you will end up holding good tokens and coins with working products. EOS launched last year you can check the price now.

I think we should make researches too about holding coins/tokens depend on short or long-term investment. Some coins/altcoins do have long-term project which result to the value not rising for a long time, can be years. That's why I think before decide to hold, make some researches about the purpose of the project, and also the timeline.

There are too many bullshit coins in the market, you have good chance to hold them.
We have to learn about the team behind the coins.
Do they have good record? Do they follow their roadmap?

you already got the basic play of it in this cryptocurrencies world, a strong hand to holding. maybe you should check your "coin" often, what kind of development they already did. if you see such a monotone act, better sell your coin and choose different coin to invest in or to holding in.

Of course it depends on the kind of coin you are holding,large supply coins mostly will rarely moon by any huge magnitude.but sometimes holding low supply coins is very good.Someone sold a low supply coin at 1500 USD and a month later that amount was 20000,that's how patience can pay sometimes.So play your cards well

The crypto currencies are good and the prices is a little bit falling which is the short term effect of these coins so it is not the problem that now the prices are not growing but soon it will again rise and this will be use for the life time forever. So for now the holding is good we can not say that the crypto holding is bullshit because in the future the crypto will rule all over the world and this all will happen if the people show a regular interest in bitcoin and crypto because if the demand rises the price will automatically moves to upward.

That my friend is very unfortunate for you. But if you look at the market, there a lot of coins that has flown so far in 2-3 years time, your choice of coins maybe just unlucky. If you just had converted it into eth and hold it for 2-3 years, it would have been fruitful.

Precisely! Don't be too one-sided. I understand how you feel but please don't put the blame to much on something where on the first place it was all your decision to hold. Hold if necessary. It totally depends on what coin you are holding and project you engaged to.

Holding is good and effective when you have invested into the right coins,long term investments can be determine to the product and the roadmap of the coin or project,normally those who failed in holding are people like you who just did holding without proper knowledge about the coins they are holding,short trades ar different to long term trades that is why you need to find these coins by yourself,thru researching.
