holding is actually one's choice, if someone is hoping the value will increase in the future then that person could stay on holding. and i am one of the people who holds the tokens instead of selling them, since the first time i enter this field i haven't sell any token yet, believing that it will soar its value soon, but if the time comes that i badly needed some money i would probably go and sell some and hold the rest.

You need to carefully pick out promising COINS, not all of them can grow quickly.

Holding is bullshit because you have choose wrong altcoin to hold, you have check first altcoin you want to buy, never buy altcoin without checking first and check the information about the altcoin if you want to buy, you have check how many market have listed the altcoin have you buy and you have check supply or this altcoin. Its way you have been success in holding altcoin and could take prfoit when you hold your altcoin for the long time.

It looks like you bought wrongs coins mate, hardly doubt that after 2-5 years your coins will go moon.
Holding works but only with "right" cryptos, look at stratis, waves, nem for example, they made huge growth over the past years.
After reviewing your coins i must admit you had great chance to sell them on the market peak with a big profit, looks like you haven't done that too.

For holding a coins you need to know how good the coins for a long term. Invest only for coins that are promising and would develop, if you pick the wrong coins then your investment would be nothing.

Many people can easily debunk that statement and 2 prime examples of this would be Bitcoin and Ethereum. I didn't even get in at the start of Bitcoin I bought in 2015 at around $550 and just sat on them. The point is you have to choose good coins to invest in to begin with.

I do agree mate ,holding is still a good way to make profit that's how it works here. Maybe the coins that OP invested is not yet the right time to pump who knews waiting for 3 years and more will be deserving in the right time but if OP can't wait he has the choice to sell those coins so he won't be frustrate anymore.

I think espacially people who joined on the beginning of the year would say that holding is bullshit. But they are wrong. They made a mistake, and they buyed their coins on the all time high. So they disregard the first rule in the trading world: Never buy on the all time high. But they was so much hyped from all the mainstream media, they dont considered this. So now they have to hold, but it will take a long way untill they will reach a higher price. So holding is not bullshit, is actually the best thing you can do.

Holding a coins is all about picking a good coins. If you pick the shit coins then you won't got anything from them, because most of them are pump and dump coins. Pick a good coins that have a working product and the team are developing them.

In my opinion, espers, insane and HTML are not very good coins. I even think html is a bad project. Not having any kind of coin will be highly rewarded, and I think it is necessary to spend a lot of time studying the project and team before investing.
