cryptx promised to buy the unsold shares.  Buying them now makes this look hot, buying at the end smells like capitulation.
Which would you do in his shoes?

I wouldn not be suprised it they bought some shares to convince other to invest and to make this ipo looking better. It would be clever move but of course it is only quess and we probably will never know who bought it.

And this amount of BTC looks familiar. We have around 150btc in reimvestment found.

do you really believe they are buying shares with the reinvestment money???

"We would like to announce that in the event that the first batch of 10,000 units is not sold out by This Sunday the 25th of May,2014 at 20:00 GMT, CryptX will purchase all remaining units of this batch."

We are not Sunday 25th of May at 20:00 GMT, so we have not bought any share.

Cryptx thank you for confirmation it was really needed.
If you are online could you answer to our questions?

Cryptx,

Still not answered questions:
1. Why we are hashing at 466TH instead of 503 mentioned in prospect?
2. Why there is 27 Dragon miners in prospect when according to Your weekly updates about our re-investment found  we bought 39?

and new one:
3. What option of refund from cointerra will we have or maybe it was delivered already?

Nice one guys, IPO is finally picking up steam then! Great work. Can't wait to see the new hashrate.
Giving up divs is sucky, but the share value appreciation once the debt is paid off will probably more than make up for it.

Beautiful! Well lets hope we get all these shares sold within the coming days. 1500 th/s would be a perfect 'new beginning' for this investment and surely put us ahead of the difficulty factor for a while longer. Also, with Bitcoin's sudden increase in value this project is going to be exciting!

Was the hardware paid for in BTC or flat? Just wondering because with the price of bitcoin rising the BTC loan we are repaying is becoming more and more expensive. If the hardware was bought with BTC then fair enough but if it was bought with flat we need to see the loan amount readjusted.

Bitcoin's price increase is substantial, let's see the price development in the next weeks, and a comment by cryptx on this matter would be nice, this is a good point.

Now that the first batch is going to sell out and it looks like Cryptx isn't going to have to buy any shares, we need to try and convince Cryptx to make the same deal again (with the second batch).  Not only is that a huge boon to all investors, but it properly aligns Cryptx's incentives with the goals of all share holders.

Personally, I was much more comfortable thinking he was going to be buying shares, I'm sure others felt the same.

Cryptx, what say you?

Agreed, I think most investors would feel a lot more comfortable if cryptx owned a bunch of shares

I agree that it would be great if CryptX still purchased some shares.
