CryptX announced they wanted to Leave Ghash when the 51% drama was going on.. which is why, at that moment, some of us decided to jump in.

CryptX announced many things that didn't/won't come to pass.  AFAIK PETA is currently mining on ghash.io.

Cryptx only made the announcement that they were considering moving a few days ago. Relax, not everything can be implemented at the blinding speed of FUD.

I'm about as relaxed as I get without the aid of potent modern pharmaceuticals.  That said, any claim of "helping Bitcoin" by "investing" in PETA while it is mining on ghash.io is patently absurd.
*BTW, which failed-investment-thread do I remember you from, hephaist0s?

@Aireun:
Investing in PETA, which, AFAIK, mines on ghash.io, is *horrible* for Bitcoin.  See here.  Stop parroting nonsense.

Investing does imply increasing your bitcoin stash.  If you can not find any offerings to accommodate that, the wisest choice is not to "invest" in the one that loses you the least money.
No.
Simply *DO NOT INVEST!!1!*

Well, there you have it, I guess you'll be leaving then NotLambchop? Since your not investing and all. We'll be glad sad to see you go.

You're missing the point. This forum has the memory of a goldfish. There was some concern about hashing on Ghash; Cryptx responded 4 days ago with:
Quote
With Ghash.io pool fluctuating between 40% and 50% of market share we are looking to set up our own pool (p2pool) or divide our hashrate over several pools, we will do some testing and experimenting before making a switch/final decision. Several criteria are important:
-   Pool variance: A small pool has much more variance which has a direct effect on block finding and payout.
-   Merged mining: pool should at the least allow merged mining for NMC
-   Pool stability: pool should be stable, protected against DDoS attacks, no network latency, efficient work distribution etc.

Of course, the most important thing is that the Bitcoin eco-systems remains healthy, and to avoid a 51% attack.

So wringing our hands now (4 days later) about how we are mining on ghash and casually implying that cryptx is unlikely to stick to this plan is an exhausting waste of everyone's time.

No, you are missing the point, or, at least, the context.  The context being an absurd rationalization for investing in PETA, even if unprofitable, because "good for Bitcoin."

...Also, miners (in general) are necessary for the bitcoin development and value expansion. Investing in mining helps to give value to bitcoin and keep the block chain going...

*If picturing me wringing my hands helps you deal with your irrational investings and justifying resultant financial loss, by all mean do.

Pretty much sums you up, I guess. Odds are you don't ROI on nothing, you know nothing (except how to complain and FUD all over the place for fun) and pretty much got no life.

Go away now. Pinhead.  Cheesy

@Aireun:  The best way for you to help PETA:  Delete all of your posts.  You're an embarrassment to the other "bagshareholders."

@Notlambchop: The best way you can contribute: Delete your entire account. Your a FUD spreader to this project, it's shareholders and the Peta mine community.

Edit: Or are you one of those who invested on a high and can't get out, which has lead you to become a sour individual with a hurt ego and a negative ROI? Is that why you feel the need to vent and spread FUD here, instead of being optimistic.

Or are you simply just a forum troll, with nothing better to do at all with little to no money, and only wishes to invest.

Awww, did you make that for me? How cute, you can Photoshop, such talent. I'll hang it on my fridge.  Kiss

You should note in there though, the market value of a share increases and decreases based on a multitude on factors. Thats why people can daytrade, look at bitcoin's charts. PETA atm is going though some changes and upgrades which effects the shareprice due to the 'trust' in value... in your case FUD spreading can contribute manipulation to the share price as well. However, one just has to stay true to their investment and take advantage of the lows and highs when possible.

Such a pinhead you are... man. lol.

You're really beginning to encroach on my time, Aireun.  There are other investing enthusiasts I must help, like these finance aficionados here:

I warned you about running with scissors Angry

At least I can recycle image macros from NEOBEE.

My help is required in real time Aireun; since this was posted the "share" price tanked to 0.000982 Undecided

There was this Bcmine, a guy who used to come to spread fud in the middle of the week (potentiall to buy cheaper shares, collect dividends and get out). Then bcmine was replaced... However, bcmine claimed that cex.io is better than PETA, he also had pretty amazing calculations, that nobody could dissprove...

The most dangerous man is the man without agenda, because everything we do, we do with purpose. So why would anyone  spend so much time here just to "educate" people, that mining is no longer profitable? I dont undersdand this...  You could spend your time educating yourself, making money somewhere else, but choose to "help" people over helping yourself...

My point exactly,

...
if your one of those "hero trolls" trying to do us good by informing us investors to try and save us all from a bad investment... just don't, ok? Go day trade, mine or invest in something else.

You speak as if you know the answer to everything (which I doubt) so go get yourself a 40000% ROI genius, Stop wasting your time here with us newbies who know nothing apparently <inset sarcasm>. Such a facade you are. Again just piss off. Thanks.

However, I think he is really claiming to be .... our hero?

@BiteMyShinyMetalAss:  I have explained my motives many times.  Intrepid Bitcoin "investors" such as yourself are a liability to each and every Bitcoin user.  You are drain on the economy and, I won't lie, I'm embarrassed to be associated with your pathological irrationality and lack of common sense.  I'm also sick and tired of local quasi-Libertarians running to the jackbooted statist thugs and whining when shit their investing [predictably and inevitably] hits the fan.

Ok, then go away. It's a simple stress fix for you, "out of sight out of mind" as they say. So.... just go away.
