I'm curious as to people's thoughts about this pump. Given the smaller community that UNO has, will it be more "loyal" to the coin? I.e. not participate as much as those do in a traditional pump of any ordinary $hitcoin thereby making it harder to pump?  Especially since a lot of people have worked hard for the coin since there was no premine? Thoughts?

I hope the community stays together after this. I resisted selling, but eventually had to cash in today for a nearly 400% profit. It was just too good to pass up. I would love the chance to buy back 400% more uno when this is over.

Maybe I sold too early, and I hope you earn 1000% in this pump, but as I'm watching now the pump seems to be coming apart. Who knows, maybe he'll pull it off and maybe he's the one benevolent pumper with a big heart and I'm a huge fool for not giving this mysterious anonymous pumper from China my unreserved trust. I guess We'll see how it goes. All I know is that I made some really good money today, and for once I didn't come out on the bad end of a pump. Thanks UNO.

I hear ya, the 400% is hard to turn down. Saw on the chat that he's gonna try to get it to 0.1. In this crazy crypto world, I have always taken the viewpoint that any money I've put into this exercise had the potential to be completely lost. As a result, I'm a long-term holder of various alts in addition to BTC. I have tried to identify alts with a great community, a niche service or attribute and then consolidate some holdings for the long-term.  I have had great success so far with LTC, PPC, QRK, and now UNO.  I look at people that ditched their BTC at $12 back when we were mining with Radeon GPUs and wonder if they wish they'd held those 1,000 coins...I'm sure they do.  Smiley

Yeah, I already miss knowing that Uno is in my portfolio. Put in an optimstic buy at .004, maybe I get lucky tonight. :-) If not I'll find a way to get back in.

Hopefully this pump will bring new people into the community/market. It has put UNO on the crypto map.  Hope no one gets burned too bad. I'd love it if by tomorrow the coin has gone up to .5 and I'm kicking myself in the ass.  I know this coin can get to .03  - on its own merit.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'm not sure if this question is directed to my last post, but to clarify - I was stating my approach to Unobtanium investment.  The Wolong factor hasn't changed my fundamental view of UNO.  The attention from Wolong's interest has raised UNO's profile which is a good thing.  Increased attention should lead to increased demand.  Further reducing UNO supply by keeping 90% of holdings off the market should eventually allow price to increase after sellers are exhausted.

Is 42 coin the only altcoin now valued at 1 or more BTC?

Yes!That's a very important point.
UNO maybe the second one to surpass BTC.Now it's ranked No.5 by price. 42 coin -btc- btb-ltc-uno
UNo maybe the first one to surpass BTC by HASHing power. Let wait and see.

Wolong's talking about UNO in his press release for his new coin "Panda Coin": http://pastebin.com/MfJRY2Sh apparently UNO dev team helped on development.

source: twitter https://twitter.com/GameOfDeception

and an additional tweet :
Quote from: Wolong
UNO will be gold standard, while Pandacoin will be silver. Expect close correlations.

" The unobtanium's developers were the ones personally helping me out in the development of Pandacoin. I’m quite new to the cryptocurrency development scene, but what I personally saw surprised me. Devotion and passion poured into their work, their wallet, and the site is by far the most impressive one I have came across.  Before development even began, I forewarned them that 3% will be premined for stability, and if any of the developers attempt to premine or foul play before the launch, I will not endorse Pandacoin."

Is there a paper wallet generator available anywhere?

Could someone be so nice as to tell me how to create one from scratch?

if Unobtanium uses the QT wallet flow this instruction. and do it the manual way.

click> help > Debug Window > Console (tab)

type: walletpassphrase [your walletpassphrase here] 600
type: listaddressgroupings
type: dumpprivkey [your public key here]
type: walletlock

walletpassphrase this unlocked your wallet so you can assess your private keys - the 600 is a time limit.
listaddressgroupings ( this will show changes addresses - public keys that may not be visible)
dumpprivkey this will give you your Private Key ( use this to make a paper wallet or offline backup) if you have a secure QR code generator you can use that to encode it.

IT CRASHES WHEN I DO THIS, USING OSX…. type: walletpassphrase [your walletpassphrase here] 600
