Thats why it's advisable that you invest into something you're sure, like the top ten on coinmarketcap. It reduces the risk and you still make money rather investing something you know nothing or less about.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Read this several minutes ago. We must be vigilant on what we are investing and must do some research or study first if the project that we wanted to join is legit or not. So sad that there are some ICOs who are just making money for their own sake. Because of this issues, people becomes scared of cryptocurrencies and thinks that other cryptos that are legit are scams too. http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/denaro-ico-raises-8-7m-and-goes-up-in-smoke/People should be scared of shitcoins. That's the painful truth! There's so many crypto scams out there that it can be compared to walking on a minefield. To put your money in, profit and get out requires you to take a number of steps on the minefield and chances that you'll blow yourself up are high. People are lying to themselves thinking they can outsmart the scammers and that's how it ends: in tears. The thing is most people who loose to ico scammers don't make research/good research about the ICO or they're just lazy to do the research and that's why the loose. |

There are ways to know genuine projects. I am strongly against criminality. This is the reason why i use my personal social media pages to promote viable projects. Everyone should be careful. One of the ways I have discovered to reduce ICO scam is by stopping the creation of ETH tokens by any "dick and harry". This will not affect the decentralization policy of cryptocurrency but will help to know those that are behind every project.

We should need to be more careful investing specially in ICO, there are lots of scam ico are now created which they target are those people who are too greedy to earn money because those people are not researching about the project instead they only seeing the huge offer of the return in ICO

Well, this is obvious true. I do not know how people invest in something they do not know about. But honestly I know couple examples among people I know who made some investments only by recommendation of their friends to whom they trust or who's opinion they respect.

Totally agree with you. Right now there are so many coins available in the crypto market. And people are investing blindly. Especially those who are new in cryptos. Do analyse , study about coin, study past price trends and you should aware about the coin and company. There are so many people who are investing in ICOSs without any facts and figures. Be vigilant about the coins.

Yeah people should carefully study on what they wanna invest on because lots of ICOs are out now the real one is hardly to differentiate. Let's just be vigilant and be familiar with the bounty managers (some of them can be trusted)

This is good reading, so many people have been cheated on this forum and people who list continue to grow. This eliminates people's faith and soon you will find fewer numbers of people investing in Ios. If that continues to happen, then the ico bounties will end soon.
if you want to follow the project ico must be more careful in deciding which project you will choose as a good ico.

When buying token in any exchange together with the ico project both are have risk actually. But always remember that before making a decision to buy a token, first doing your own research is the move you must do, everything should be check form the owner, team behind, the whitepaper and road and of course the usage of the token as well is the most important matter anyway. |

We should be careful as this kind of investments can make our future and it also can destroy our future, so a little care can help us to avoid bigger lose. We should make good research before we go to invest our money, after making research we will make decision for investing and then after buying the other most important thing is to use wallet for storing our bitcoin. |

I've done that also before which I was trying to research and being updated to all their social media accounts but still it ends up into a scam which is they've got a nice platform. |

You are right it is not very hard anymore to get information about any project, now all over the world internet is spreading information highly to make people aware, it is not good to invest blindly even in this age of digital, if we will discuss with others even in this forum so we will not face any scamming and we will feel safe for investing our money to bitcoin, now in increasing number of coins my trust is one and only bitcoin. |

We should firsthand be careful about what we are investing especially that we're dealing with a very risky investment in cryptoworld. Be it a crypto that is already in the market down to ICOs which has no guarantee yet that their tokens will be listed in the market or it will be a success or not.

Thousands of ICOs are on and running, few of the worth investing on and loses of them are scammers while we have some that are not scam but might not make it to the last. S o we really need to be careful

Many people are new in cryptos. Few of them don't have appropriate knowledge about cryptos , ICOs and about cryptocurrency trading. I have seen many people who invested their money without any analysis , study about that specific coin. And in last they got only losses. It is really very vital to have appropriate knowledge about cryptos if you want to sustain in this industry.
