Yes, still legit but most can lose their value with this bear market. Check and do your due diligence when investing.

Today, there are many legitimate and promising ICOs. But in any case, you should carefully consider the choice of the project for investment, do not rush to give your money.

Dont fall on ICO with loud statements and unbelievable ideas. Some of them are scam. For example, european cryptobank or hashcard. Try to find some projects that will help to evolve some business spheres. And this will bring you real profit. It's more about being real investor than just speculate here and there. Buy and hold brings much more profit to patient investors. All bitcoin billionaires was holders. Think about it. As for ICO scams, regulation will fix it in the near future.

Well, in the law, nothing is written about it, in most countries, but if it's not written, then it's legal, somehow this is my opinion)))

Agreed. The law says what not to do, and not what is possible. So if the laws do not have something, then it is allowed. That's my vision. I have no legal education.
Generally speaking you are right, but it all depends on the country in which certain laws are enacted. In certain countries What situations in laws are created specifically for manipulation and to be able to act for themselves for those who have money.
yes actually the law in our country it should be we obey. because the law is a predetermined state situation. and should not be in violation so we as citizens must follow and obey the rules.
The ico is still on the gray area and it's not illegal nor legal but everyone can participate with their own risk. that has been stated in so many times about the government will not take care for those are participating in the ico because they have taken their own risk by participated on it.

You can analyse many things about ICO like: Team, Whitepaper,  Roadmap , social media etc. but never can be
100% sure that they will not scam you, or that they will under deliver their promises and the project will fail.
You can only minimise the risk

Yes ICO market is still legal and people are continuing to invest. Investigate ICO before investing. Ask for information from expert investors. Go smart when choosing an ICO project. Some of the ICOs are fake. You need to choose carefully.

Finding legitimate ICO is very simple. Try to turn your attention to ICO projects that help society, try to avoid projects related to the casino.

This is not entirely correct logic for choosing ICO. Now there are a lot of projects, some of which are scam, so you need a detailed analysis of all the information available about the project. Only after that it is possible to make investments.

There are still many countries where ico is legal. You can find legal ico on many websites and there are many professionals who evaluate and analyze ico!
Some good ico generally do not raise funds externally, and generally many consortia seize the share!
Now that the marketing department is in a good mood, many icos can't finish the specified sales, so be careful!

It's pretty hard. No one tell you "man, it's good ICO, invest!".
As has already been said, not once - study, read, analyze and research.
Pay attention to the technical documentation, is it sane and transparent.
Pay attention to the project team, how well it is qualified. And at least is it real and verified.
Social networks, hype, reviews, rating.
An important fact is the availability of a ready-made solution or product from the company.

With the amound of scams out there nowadays I would rather avoid investing my own money directly into an ICO, I mean, you can still find a good one that is legit and could bring good profits, however I would rather avoid unnecessary risks, though I would not think twice to participate on bounty campaigns and airdrops.

the forum has a lot of topics, where experienced bounties skip real projects, where you can earn. in these topics I have found many good projects in which you can invest your money.

Here is lot of iCO. How i find legit ICO.
Most ICO's are legit. It's just that many of them fail because of poor marketing and support from the community. I don't think there is a concrete way of determining from the beginning if an ICO will be successful or not. It's really all about taking the risk. And that's how the game goes in this system.

Many projects register legal entities in a state. I only pay attention to such projects.
Those projects that are not registered anywhere or registered in offshore, I bypass.

The problem we are facing in every business are those that are injecting fraud into any system in this case of ICO they have so polluted the system that they have created a lot of doubt in the heart of the investor's. The good news is that no matter how polluted the system is, it does not change the fact that some ICO  are still maintaining there integrity at top notch.
