   Can anyone help or advise I have been mining TEK coins for about 3 days now at http://mining.securepayment.cc/pools/tekcoin/

   Was waiting for wallet to sync it has now but my balance is Zero

   I have found loads of confirmed blocks but nothing in my wallet

No! They are mining and trying to send coins on the fork.. but get no confirs so stay pending and turn to ophran later

Yep and only one good exchange in which to buy the coin from which is a problem. At least Cryptopia won't be going down anytime soon. I have a share there personally and am trading my DOT for TEK at such a low price. Besides gaining attention from other exchanges you should add more features to the coin or get it adopted in other places like Shapeshift, Coinomat, or SuperNET.

If Yobit is not going to get on the correct chain and you don't want their nonworking market to affect your market cap

You can always re-add them if they get on the correct chain.

I think they just let them pile up and answer them when it is fixed. I had a transaction for another altcoin that was stuck due to a non-working wallet and made two tickets. After a couple weeks, perhaps something timed out and the funds were back in my account.
After the wallet was fixed, perhaps a month after the first ticket, both tickets were answered with the same copy-paste that probably went to others complaining about the same thing.

I suppose the TEK problem is a bit more complicated as there have been transactions made to the wrong fork, so they would need figure out which transactions to reverse. I don't have much TEK in yobit limbo but I hope it will reappear soon.

Does this mean that it is going to be risky to buy some TEK at Yobit? I've heard that they are running on a fork so just in case, I think that it would be best for me to trade at Cryptopia. Unless, we get an additional exchange for TEK, things won't be going anywhere (at least in my opinion) for this coin. I have noticed that the price has plummeted recently, which makes me wonder why?

The problem with Yobit is they continue adding new coins without providing maintenance to old coins. The end result is unfortunate consequences to all coin holders.
