i just wanted to pop up and say.. its nice seeing an interesting algo.. on a fair launch coin .. that didnt die after the first 3 months.. still alive and kicking! there is  some sass going on in the forums. LOVE IT....   i played with this some last year.. and just started up a new install of the wallet today and no issues.. kudos to ZETTEL. big big KUDOS to you!

Zettelkasten's POW is called "burgerhash" and it softforks automatically 4 times a day, in order to increase algorithmic complexity of POW.
As far as I can see this is a unique feature no other altcoin has implemented.

I have successfully compiled it on a macos High Sierra, but I wonder how downward compatible it is.

ok, I tested it also on a slightly less older mac and it works there too.
So I guess I'll have to build the wallet on a very old MacOS in order to make it the most compatible,
but I will leave this be for now, I got more important stuff to handle.
I'll recommend to Mac people that they use a newer system.
