How do you know that bro, you have tried by your own? I have never heard about a customer support manually unlocking funds from a locked investment. The rules of the investment imply the funds to be unavaible during all the locking time.

AFAIK The Real Madrid vs Las Palmas match ended in a draw (1-1), so you won't get any earnings, neither your stake back if you've bet on Real Madrid unfortunately. It wasn't a Double Chance bet or a Draw No Bet. All soccer bets are classic 1x2 or To Qualify bets there. When you can bet on draw it's a vanilla 1x2, when there are only 2outcomes available, it's the other kind(TQ). Details about the settlement of the market are usually written at the bottom of the page where you place your bet.

You need to go to the MORE -> FAQ menu, scroll down the page until you find the "contact form" form, fill it out indicating the request to unlock the FUN, this will open a support ticket, to which they should respond to your request as soon as possible.

Some investment plans allow to withdraw your funds at anytime by giving up earnings generally but it's not the case for this type of investment, you agree to hand over its accessibility during the locking period you choose in exchange for interesting profits.

Because as already mentioned by other users, if the period has expired but the tokens are not unlocked, or even if it has not expired and you want to cancel everything, or any other problem you encounter, you must always go through technical support in any case, if possible, they will process your request as soon as possible.

OK,  been a while since last I looked at anything that is related to freebitco.in, I used to never miss the daily free spin that the casino give away on every email they send to their subscribers on dally basis, but ever since this their whole issue started, and stopped checking or looking forward to their daily mail with the free spin.

OK, simply means that I possibly misunderstood the other dude or maybe he or she wasn't telling the truth, but thats by the way.

I used to hold a good amount of fun token and earned some free spins on a daily, but at a point, when I saw that the price of fun token continued to decline and I wasn't making any meaningful winnings from the spins, I had to sell it off, owning to the fact that I actually did not buy the fun tokens for free spins, but bought it as an investment, the free spins was only an added advantage.
