The BTC price has looked so bullish in the last few days, and it seems that the $50k level can be easily broken soon. It's nothing strange or uncommon. Many poplar sites often experience DDoS attacks. Even bitcointalk recently had frequent system crashes. As for FreeBitcoin, you can easily check this thread for past posts. There have been mentions of outages and DDoS attacks since 2016, if not earlier.

Yeah, I know that there must have been times in the past when the site must have experienced downtime in the past, for personally, I believe that there is no site where the owners would say that the site has remained online since it's inception, there will always be either some planned downtime for upgrades, or unplanned downtime which could either be for emergency upgrade or due to ddos attack.

So, I know that there must have been several downtime for FreeBitco in the past, but this is the very first time I am personally experiencing this here, and this is why I said, it's the first time the site is down for me since 2015 I signed up and started using the site.

Anyways, glad to have the site back online, and already fully operational once again, I guess the downtime was for some upgrades, though I am yet to notice any changes in the frontend, possibly a server upgrade or something.

FUN keeps falling... 11 satoshis already and -5.53% on the last 30 days.

Too bad it's not following Bitcoin's rhythm to the moon.

The spread is too high on the website. That alone drives away the potential FUN investors like me. (Buy> 12 sats, Sell> 10 sats.) Even if the difference was 1 sat, it is still a lot. I could buy it on binance but this time binance is ripping us off with the withdrawal fees. (1436 FUN = ~$8) FUN can't reach small investors if they don't fix these issues. They could have used LTC or Doge instead of FUN...

The servers are very shaky today and yesterday for hours, It was impossible to click constantly to collect the 4x reward points.

Another issue is, we are on the 17th February but I didn't get the interest payment from the 16th Feb. The last payment is from the 15th Feb. At least that's what the UI shows. Might be a front end issue.

That's why I want to bet at the end of the prediction closing because the Outcome odds will change over time, at least you can analyze the price within one week after the prediction closes, usually that's better and it's difficult to see the down and up trend in a whole week, but that's it. can benefit many people who bet, as far as I can see I have never seen Bitcoin price movements go up and down quickly at the end of the month, because predictions are only calculated at the end of the month it is rather difficult to get predictions with high odds.

Now the outcome odds is 2.63× for that range, which isn’t surprising. The final odds will become 1.2× to 1.3× for 50k to 55k price range if the price remains in that range until the end of betting period. I was optimistic about this range from the start of this month and placed early bets on it. The time weight multiplier was above 80× when I placed the bet, which is almost 30× now.

They will probably fix the interest issue later as they just had a massive DDOS attack that just got resolved. Yes, there is a spread between buying and selling but is that not the same for a lot of things? I personally don’t really mind because most of my FUN tokens I will just continue to hold and not really trade with it.

If XFUN starts to be listed on some exchanges and if the platform implements a feature for converting them and withdrawing them it could prevent that, because transaction fees are very low on the Polygon network for XFUNs.

Usually, the price will take a lot of time moving from one satoshi to another for such coins who have big supply and the price movement is slow. That is probably the reason that traders just calculate the the price in terms of stable coins.
I remember, there were few coins for example Holo Coin, the binance removed its btc pair because it hardly changes in value in terms of bitcoin.

Yes, in my case it doesn't affect me much, because although I have some satoshis there that give me a little interest, the interest of a lost day is almost nothing. I do not know what those who have large amounts will think but if they were 18 hours without being able to run the business it is also understandable that by generating much less revenue they may decide not to pay the interest if they finally decide to do so.

Interest amounts for 16th February was omitted in my case too. It would not bother me much at this stage because its just one day but this repeating in the future might not seem a good thing for the site after years of trust. I assume it was due to lack of players on the site on that day and thus enough money to pay out everyone was not generated.

My trust in the site remains unchanged, however it would be reassuring to hear from the official folks as to why the interest got omitted.
