Tried Both Instant and Slow withdrawal more than three weeks ago and still waiting. Tried to message them, no responses. After some days they marked my withdrawals as waiting to be manually review within 24h, but I’m still waiting 

My last withdrawal eight months ago was flawless, now it’s a nightmare!

Well, most of us warned about this several months back but most of you guys refused to listen, we knew when all of this issues began and many of us warned that every one having a balance on that site should withdraw it back then when you guys still have the chance and they were still processing withdrawals timely, I wonder what gave you guys the confidence to keep believing in this platform until this very moment.

Any ways, you and every one else facing this same withdrawal issues have no choice but to wait for them to process your withdrawal requests when ever they deem it fit to be processed, and if things gets even worst that they do not process the withdrawals anymore, there is still nothing we can do about it, you guys will have to swallow your losses and move on, but I hope that it doesn't get to this stage, I hope you guys get your money even if it take a long waiting time..

I wouldn't be surprised if they are "selectively" processing withdraws to keep the community divided and to try to get more deposits coming in knowing very well things are falling apart.

Freebitco made a great piece of history surviving this long, but with whats happening perphaps putting them on red notice is the only way to get redress and warn new entrants...

You were lucky 8 months ago because their issues started 1.5 years ago and 8 months ago they already had lots of problems and were complaining about withdrawals. What happens on Freebitco doesn't make sense. 2 to 3 months ago, one user from Bitcointalk withdrew more than $10,000 worth coins without a problem from Freebitco.in

If faucet was a problem and it was abused, they could have disabled it or set stricter bot control.

Yes, the first signs that something was wrong with Freebitcoin began with their signature campaign on this forum. If I'm not mistaken, their campaign lasted quite a long time, but then the manager unexpectedly suspended their signature campaign because they didn't replenish the campaign budget

When they engaged with Signature Campaign things suddenly took good level for them but after few weeks they stopped everything even their representative TheQuin stopped his services and site gone into chaos which never been recovered.
Now mostly peoples are feeling change of management is having serious impact on site because firstly OP was web developer, and he was doing good job through his team, but new management fail to keep things on level.
For me, they are having problems in funds which are not allowing them to do all withdrawals and fix this issue recently mostly peoples are not depositing which is increasing their problems, and they are having no choice other than to take time and keep things on worst for members here on this forum as well.

Freebitco.in support is not active here anymore. Contact them through their support email instead here because this thread is very active with discussion about the casino. Your case will most likely flooded immediately before the support will notice it.

I’ll be honest with you, encountering issue on this casino is worst experience because they don’t answer on most concerns from user even via email.

The signature campaign manager stopped the campaign due the reports complaining about freebitco's service and withdrawals not being processed.

Sorry if this burst your bubble bud but freebitco support is no longer active on this forum, you can try contacting through the site but do not also expect any reply from them either..

I think your only chance is to contact them through their email address, but do not also expect any reply from them any time soonest as their reply can get up to one week or more before you get it.
This is one definitely one of the worst time to have issues with your freebitco account, the casino is currently at its one of its worst state, withdrawal requests are being delayed for no most cause plus a whole lots of other issues, I do hope you have your issue resolved very soon but honestly speaking, it might not be easy.

i don't think they are doing that to keep the community divided, what's more likely is that they are out of money and are paying pending withdrawals using new deposits.

that was also the time when the TheQuin disappeared, he was last active May 23, 2024, and the campaign got stopped May 30, 2024.
but one thing for sure, TheQuin is definitely not operating the site anymore, and whoever is operating it now is doing a great job running it to the ground.

We explained very well that we used to offer users an hourly roll, it's impossible to run a faucet with an hourly roll, it's not sustainable.

We keep on running our faucets but with only 1 single roll per day.

These guys could have made the site profitable but they chose to do nothing.

They are just following CoinPot path or to be more precise FreeDoge.co.in site, their own site back in 2018:

You would see a screenshot from 2018 that FreeDoge.co.in had back in 2018 on their site. That was the very first red flag back then already.

Please understand no faucets can sustain themselves unless they adopt to these changes.

Running a faucet with an hourly (and not a daily roll) is almost a guaranteed scam unless you truly pay peanuts to your users, and even then it's still extremely risky.

People have made all sorts of dubious claims since the site has started operating. Most of these claims have no backing and 99% of the time they were plausibly debunked, like your claims of the lottery being rigged.

The fact is when all these problems started happening, their Ethereum wallet alone contained over $130 million, enough to keep them solvent for a long time. This doesn’t even include their Bitcoin wallets, which were harder to track, but there was enough evidence to suggest they were holding millions of dollars in them as well.

There was more than enough runway to figure out how to make their faucet sustainable if this was really the issue. Instead of figuring things out, they have moved most of their funds to exchanges, manipulated the price of their token, and neglected their domain renewal.

Whatever reason there may be for this strange behavior, it’s easier to believe they are intentionally rugging despite having a successful business, or perhaps they overleveraged themselves while trading and siphoned off casino funds to try and cover their losses. Almost anything is more logical than thinking a faucet, which already had many anti-abuse mitigations, and took an eternity to reach minimum payout, was the cause of these problems.

Well, I am not surprised because with every scam, there surely must be victims as long as that scam becomes popular, and it doesn't matter how far, long or serious you try to warn people, those that will listen will listen and stay clear, while those that won't won't and may even call you names claiming you are trying to destroy a reputable Platform by falsely accussing them, while another set of victims may be those who may have come into the warning late or may not even know that there was a warning in the first place.

I doubt they will become active and process withdrawals again. Even if their website is still continuing to be operational, there are tons of backlogs of withdrawals that is being requested.

Their customer support here on this forum and on their website has also been inactive for a long time already. It's hard to hope for a miracle if all we hear is customer complaints and not anything from their team.

With the way crypto is being discussed on an international stage, it is understandable curious people will search for "free Bitcoin" or "how can I get free Bitcoin". If the results point towards the freebitcoin website, they will generate traffic and register new customers.

As for the freebitcoin reputation, it does seem as though it is based on the past because whatever they are doing now (and have been doing in the recent past) it is not the way to conduct a serious business.

Because not everyone has an account on this forum, and I don't think its bad reputation is well known outside of it. As I said before, if you search for “free bitcoin,” that site is the first one that comes up. Even on this forum, we see people who continue to use the site, either because they have tokens locked there or referrals, or they simply don't care about its reputation. I think it's a site that still operates thanks to its past fame.

Since I have not been paid out in over a week, with no explanation from freebitco.in or response from customer support, I have filed a fraud claim with the Canadian anti-fraud centre  https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm#a1a .  I filed a complaint with my local police department.  I was told by the officer to ask online if there are any other canadian victims.  If so they should file a fraud report.  Does anybody know were FBC BV. is registered?
