I wonder if their marketing posts are automated or the staff handling them don't simply gaf.

I believe those aren't automated, there is a person who is doing them manually. And they don't care about the complaints.

Did Freebitcoin ever take ownership of any of the sites that are now closed?

The link for dPlay and ClubRiches is still available at Freebitco.in. "freebitco.in PR" was also making posts about those platforms here. And they were also showing banner ads of those platforms in Freebitco. Without any doubt, both of those platforms were owned by the Freebitco team. We were allowed to use our Freebitco account as login method at dPlay casino. Also, we were allowed to transfer FUN tokens directly to dPlay account from Freebitco. No-one would have given such option without being the owner of both platform.

I used to be in a job taking complaints all day and its no fun to take the blame for something you cant control.  Whoever that is has my sympathy to be in the middle of a situation they didn't have a part in, I don't even know they have more data then we do especially.
   Just anyone whose been in support knows how its often that way, people on the front line taking flak didn't even start this war that's always the way it is  

At one point the fun token thing wasnt just casinos, there was a broker which can also be linked to gambling so you bet on the dollar going up or even BTC up or down, I think it was non crypto tax free gambling so nice idea.  I lost track of that exactly but I got it bookmarked somewhere.  Basically a white label operation, directing customers being a large part of the business especially any gamble based company thats a big deal.  Dont know that one is ongoing or not, Im not organized on following these things and I dont see it promoted now.

Dont be fooled, as it stands today, it seems there have not been confirmed successful withdrawals being shared in this thread, so far we have no evidence they are actually providing liquidity for those who decide to deposit and then withdraw all their balance back to privately owned addresses, if someone came here and said to have gotten their withdrawal successfully, then we could argue that whatever it is happening is rather selective, but that is not the case, both whale and retailers are getting their money withheld within the casino, so it is not a matter how allowing small gamblers to have their money and trap big gamblers inside, it does not seem to be a selective problem with their withdrawal system.

Unfortunately, this is a widespread problem with no actual solution in sight.

It's been a long time since they last processed withdrawals and if you request a withdrawal, it will stay pending like other withdrawals.
As far as I know, they haven't processed any bitcoin withdrawals in the past two months and according to transaction history of their FUN token address, the last time they processed some FUN withdrawals was 36 days ago.

I think the right thing would be for you to wait for them to come back here and say that they finished resyncing your wallet that has been a long time already... I think they are using a 486 with Windows 3.1...

If you look at the history of the address, the most recent outgoing transactions have been sent to Binance. A few transactions were also sent to Bybit last year.

We all know that this is the main problem of this casino that’s why they started to have a lot of problem. Most of the user on freebitco.in are just earning through interest rate with their FUN token deposits and the faucet claim.

This casino has less deposits compared to the amount which players being withdrawn through their passive income.

I believe they should start removing those passive interest if they want to continue the operation without the negative profit.

I wonder if The Quin is still employed by Freebitcoin because after it was announced he was being moved to another part of the business, he was not heard from again (even by posting in a private capacity). There are far too many suspicions surrounding the business ownership and members simply do not believe them. I have no idea which brands they own.

It is feasible the business was not sold at all if the wallets remain the same. There are valid concerns regarding withdrawals and the general decline in customer services but removing The Quin and withdrawal processing delays are not enough to conclusively conclude the business changed hands.

According to some user few weeks ago they manage to receive some of their withdrawals that initiated long time ago. This random approval of withdrawal makes some user confused on what’s the real standing of this casino despite the obvious that they are slowly running away without any news from the PR.

First of all, we don't really know what such person like Victoria Kyle actually exists and it's not some fake. But even if she is real, I doubt that she have access to westsuit or The Quin or know their name. She was just hired to post this stuff and that's all.
