I suppose the common sense approach would be to actually get to that point and then we can address it. Maybe they will renew the domain days (or even weeks) in advance. If they renew the domain for 10 years I hope that does not become a point of focus next. Freebitcoin clearly are in trouble but we do not need to speculate on every possibility related to what they might or could do otherwise the thread will be full of speculation and drama on top of what we have already got here.

Can anything be done with ICANN about the domain? The domain is quite valuable. This might be the best option they could do since for sure that there are other businessmen would love to continue what they already been established. Since provably that new owner have some  better ideas on how they can operate well their casino.

But we don't actually know what's really happening to them since they didn't release any statement and they completely abandon their community. So maybe we can assume that they are just waiting for its collapse and will not care about other things will follow after people lost their trust on their casino. I don't not hope for revival but hopefully they came back and fix all those issues happening to lots of people here.

Even if you find them, you won't achieve anything, since it will be enough for them to show your personal statistics, that you lost, then won, then lost again, etc.

New deposits would have continued to come onto their wallets if they had cared about their reputation, there is no way a casino with no reputation could continue to accumulate money. After all this fiasco it is very unlikely they will be able to honor all the debt they have in favor of their depositors, who wished to invest in them.
At this point, instead of further waiting for their reputation to erode even more, they should offer a percentage of people's deposits, in exchange of money time for them to pay all the money back.

I mean, it is true that investors are supposed to be aware and informed on the risks they are taking from the very beginning when they decide to but their capital into a business, like a casino. There is always a chance for the casino administration to take bad decisions and all of it gets translated to losses to investors (who decided to take those chances for the sake of yield), but still it is very unfair and there is a lack of safeguarding in the benefit of investors.
If this casino was regulated in some serious market like the United States or the European Union, then the owners of Freebitcoin would be held into account for their mismanagement of money which belongs to depositors and investors. Also, they would have never been able to mint their own token either, though, regulators would have never tolerate that.

If this were regulated in the US, you would be jailed first, because, as a rule, you would not pay taxes and you would hide the origin of your funds.

No, you didn't. You just registered on Hype, which lives only on deposits, and the drawn pictures work for the time being.

The current management of freebitco is neither making true of false promises because they actually do not care whatever you and I decide to do, as a matter of fact, we all can decide to stop playing on the site and leave to another site, it's pretty much not their business and this may even be likely what they want so that they can quietly shut down the website without attracting any media attentions.

With what I am currently seeing, I believe that sooner or later, the site will go offline never to come online again, or possible some one else my buy the domain and use it for something else much later in the future.

I don't think they would stop their business no matter how problematic their platform is as long as they get new sign ups and deposits from the players.

Yes, I think so. Otherwise there would be some efforts of rebranding or relaunching, unless the deal made is super shady.

Not only that, they would also announce it. Imagine that there is a restaurant that you own, is very popular and has a high trust in people. Why would you sell it in complete silence? Even if you sell it that way, when the new owner ruined the whole restaurant and people get sick every time they eat there, when the whole society thinks you are still the owner and everyone blames you, won't you publicly state that the restaurant changed the owner and that's the reason why everyone's getting sick? Because the same people no longer manage it.

That's why I believe that Freebitco hasn't changed owners and there are other reasons behind the scenes about its failure. Probably owners got caught and they are in jail or they have serious health issues, probably ended up in a car crash or something like that. There are no other logical explanations.

Also Freebitco.in is famous brand so if they want to take advantage on its fame they should do more better at first place. When I trust a business, I trust the people who are behind it, not the name, so when business gets sold, it's important to announce that to not mislead customers. For example, when I know that John Doe owns Freebitco, if he sells this business without publicly announcing it and the website becomes shady, then I and the rest of the customers will blame John Doe because we know that he is the owner and John Doe's reputation will decline, it will be very hard for him to create a successful business in the future because we know that John Doe is a scammer. That's why it's important to announce when the business changes ownership.
