Since I have not been paid out in over a week, with no explanation from freebitco.in or response from customer support, I have filed a fraud claim with the Canadian anti-fraud centre  https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm#a1a .  I filed a complaint with my local police department.  I was told by the officer to ask online if there are any other canadian victims.  If so they should file a fraud report.  Does anybody know were FBC BV. is registered?

That's where the australian goverment sent a notice to. I tried to complain to the e-Managmenet N.V. but no answer there as well.

I honestly can’t imagine how the Hi-Lo game wouldn’t be generating revenue. It’s the equivalent of roulette — mathematically always profitable for the house. Any refer/interest system can always be adjusted or reduced.
Hi-Lo game is the main source of their income. They probably have the highest house edge on the market, so mathematically, it should be generating substantial profits for them. Faucet is the feature that doesn't generate profit for them because lots of people abuse it with bots and referrals but it's manageable if they use advanced techniques to protect their website and catch abusers.

Another paradox is that this platform isn’t anonymous — which is rare in the crypto space. We know who owns it, transactions can be traced, and the company is registered. Back in 2024, the Dutch regulator (KSA) already went after Freebitco.in / FBC B.V., so technically a class action lawsuit against FBC B.V. could be possible, since ownership is no longer in question.
It's not rare, every crypto casino is licensed but that doesn't mean that we know who owns them, owners protect their privacy well. We only know the name of the company that has a Curacao license, not owners.

What I don’t understand is this: If they’re having financial issues but are slowly paying users, why stay completely silent? Why ignore every support message? If they were gradually paying out, that would actually be great PR — “Even when short on funds, we’re trying to fulfill every withdrawal.” That would build huge trust.

The only explanation I can think of is that FBC B.V. might be planning to shut down entirely and they’re just buying time to avoid paying liabilities. But I haven’t found any confirmation or proof that this is the case.

The whole situation just seems totally bizarre and chaotic.

[my withdrawals pending 9 days]
What I don't understand is why they ruined a working business. Where did TheQuin disappear? Why did he disappear? Why is there no response from Freebitco's owner? Who pays to their PR to post in this thread? Who works to keep the website active? The best way to fix the issue is to communicate with customers and Freebitco.in doesn't do that, which is very strange. Also, something happened between FUN and Freebitco, they are both on their own and not together.

alot of persons are still here complaining of their withdrawals request not being processed, it's unfortunate but then, let's keep looking, maybe a miracle would or can still happen.

I doubt they will become active and process withdrawals again. Even if their website is still continuing to be operational, there are tons of backlogs of withdrawals that is being requested.

Their customer support here on this forum and on their website has also been inactive for a long time already. It's hard to hope for a miracle if all we hear is customer complaints and not anything from their team.

So far, they are fixing all their backlogs in very slow manner that’s why many player still keep using the casino and even deposit continuously despite the problem because some players still use it properly.

Surely these users that complaining now will soon come back again once their problem was resolved despite the very bad experience.

Sadly, FBC passive income is way too attractive compared to their red flag.

Where did TheQuin disappear?
Someone correct me if I'm remembering wrongly but he merely changed roles in the company and is no longer in a public facing role.  So his job does not involve replying to people on this thread or other means.   I guess its a compliment to be missed but in the worst way that people are still mentioning him long after as if responsible for current events or lack of response etc.

I don't know if he does still work for the company or moved on or what exactly, obviously he is missed by people as being long term helpful on this thread and many remember him as quite vital so its unfortunate but he didn't disappear as people say.
I've worked in 1st line support for a few companies and the turn over in staff was pretty massive as people easily get sick of dealing with complaints etc.

I have not been paid out in over 6 months. They stole over 500k FUN from me. Let's team up as I am trying to organize a class action lawsuit. Had a few people email me as well

I just tried contacting  e-Management N.V.'s Curacoa email address (curacao@emanagement-group.com), if I get no response I'll try calling tomorrow.  One thing I found that was interesting is that Wetsuit (the original developer and possibly owner) of Freebitco.in is said to be named Samuel Das and is currently the CEO of the Fun token project ( https://medium.com/@FUNtoken/fun-token-the-future-is-bright-with-new-leadership-32e018676448).  There's also multiple people on linkedin that say they work for Fun token.

I'm not really sure what else to do, since freebitco.in has effectively ghosted their clients.

Some get their funds from time to time in batches (batches of people, I mean), some - yep, they are lost in the queue..

I wrote earlier that the Freebitcoin problem arose after they introduced the FUN token, on which they essentially went broke. If they had cut off the attackers, removed all the referrals and left only Free Satoshi every hour, Multi and additional rewards for activity in the Multi game, they would never have gone broke.
I haven't been paid 0.003 BTC for over 2 weeks.

I'm not aware of any clients getting there withdrawal since July 29.  If anybody has received a withdrawal payment since then, I'd love to know about it.

This post says....

"Hi, yes. They last paid on August 5, 250 transactions. But who wanted to withdraw much more."

I asked for withdraw on July 31.

12 days and nothing.

Tried 8 more withdrawls in slow mode yesterday.

If I get paid, I'll let everyone know in this forum.

As a user said before, the passive income is the foundation of people never giving up on freebitcoin, even with its problems.

About the canadians doing lawsuits: impossible. They are in curacao. Won't affect them in any shape or form.

As I said before, the website "cointiply" almost do the same thing as bitcoin, but have way more credibility by now and they pay fast.

I recommed moving to there (the people who wants to continue the passive income-referrals-and-earning-interest model).

As I said before, I'e never played any of those games (Hi lo and stuff). I don't spend money... the money only comes in (for 10 years in freebitcoin). Cointiply is the only website similar to freebitcoin with a faucet, interest gains and referral program.

Don't know if there is hi-lo game. But there are games there aswell, but I won't click on them as I take those websites as bussiness / bank with interests offshore; not gambling.

Gambling is not my "beach".

I wrote earlier that the Freebitcoin problem arose after they introduced the FUN token, on which they essentially went broke.

Not at all. The problems initially started last year. I want to say early summer?

FBTC "took over" / bought a lot of FUN and introduced the token way back in 2021 - https://freebitco.in/site/blogs/fun/freebitcoin-acquire-fun-token/

"FreeBitco.in, one of the biggest Bitcoin iGaming websites in the world, has acquired the majority of FunFair’s remaining cold storage of FUN tokens, the native cryptocurrency of the FunFair gaming ecosystem. The cold storage holds 4.45 billion FUN Tokens and FreeBitco.in has acquired 3.75 billion tokens.

A Through this acquisition, FreeBitco.in plans to invest in the token’s long-term development."

I had locked my FUN tokens since around that time and for months/years was getting the daily WOF and everything worked smoothly up until last year

Why are you advertising this inconvenient piece of crap? It has nothing in common with freebitcoin and it is so terrible, even in terms of color scheme, that I immediately threw it in the trash. There is a lot of stuff in there, the devil will break his leg and gives pennies. Nobody needs this.

What about when you have a Canadian (freebitcovictim) and European (me) going forward with charges?
In addition to the Netherlands gov also filing complaints with them (and I believe Australia as well?)

It's easy to complain and do nothing and say it's "impossible" but that won't result in anything.

He used to be, never realized that was wetsuit though, but I don't believe he is CEO anymore. Current CEO is David Dobrovitsky I believe, although I haven't followed since around Feb when FBTC stole my FUN I was trying to cash out so I could finally leave this Godforsaken shitcoin...

Before I got banned from the FUN Telegram group (for asking critical questions) I asked many times about FBTC (they made so many promises of FUN integration on the platform and I was asking about the progress) and the FUN team members constantly denied having any partnership or collaboration with FBTC.
