If Binance starts an investigation and finds serious violations, it may lead not only to the blocking of tokens but also to the delisting of the FUN token. As you understand, this could have negative consequences, as the price of FUN would likely drop further. Additionally, users whose FUN tokens are still locked on the freebitcoin site won't be particularly happy about it.
Do you think they are happy with the current situation? Those who have FUN tokens locked in FBI don't have much more to lose at this point. Besides, you can't stop pursuing a crime or dishonest conduct because of how it could affect a shit token that is already volatile.

They need to implement KYC and it will be better for their business model too because their faucet is heavily abused by bots and they have admit multiple times that it's hard for them to control it.
It's too late for that. We called them in March 2024 to offer a DAILY roll instead of a Hourly roll, but these guys didn't care even back then: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5487189.0They are not in a stage of being able to fix it now, the trust is broken completely, the only way out is "bankruptcy" or something similar.

Binance won't delist FUN off their markets, because their service does not delist failed coins, see the example of Terra-Luna, it continues to have a market, even after it failed and it's value became zero. Also, those behind Freebitcoin have more influence and direct contact with the staff of Binance, so it would more difficult for us to break and influence and direct communication. Those who have been defrauded by this casino are simply in a very lower position and in disadvantage.

They will not introduce any KYC because I do not think it would suit them, and if they wanted to do it they would have done it long ago. To implement KYC they would have to bear some costs, spend some money, which they almost certainly will not do. They are not doing anything here anymore; they have not updated the site for months because their casino "DPlay", which disappeared from the internet months ago, still appears in a tab. As for bankruptcy, I also doubt they will declare it, because this is their cash cow and they will keep printing money for as long as possible—until some authority grabs them by the throat. For now they are unpunished (for the time being). DPlay disappeared with millions of dollars; I had almost 20 million $FUN pending withdrawal on one account (I have screenshots), and on another account there were 100 million $FUN plus 1 BTC (I did not manage to take a screenshot there). On freebitco.in there was far more, but I did not manage to withdraw and they blocked the account, so nobody can tell me the admin did not make a fortune that way. They will keep this running until some commission shuts the site down and launches an investigation. I will wait a little longer for someone from freebitco.in to reply (100% someone from them constantly monitors the forum and other media), and then the fun begins. I have nothing to lose except the $15k I sent to the service, which I want to recover; they will lose much more. If you can, withdraw your funds while there is still time, because frankly they do not give a damn and no one will respond about this matter...

Dear Administrators, I would like to report an abuse I have observed on the platform. In the Wagering Contest and Referral Contest leaderboards, there are accounts with identical or nearly identical BTC values, which strongly suggests they may be controlled by the same person. This way, double rewards can be collected — both as a player and as a referrer. 🔴 Confirmed connections (identical BTC values): Wagering Contest Referral Contest BTC Amount #1 — user: 12087831 ----> #1 — user: 9674900 1.44553500 #3 — user: 13704787 ----> #3 — user: 5545001 0.92855500 #6 — user: 6143866 ----> #4 — user: 604354 0.43360500 #7 — user: 1830282 ----> #5 — user: 759411 0.36167000 🟠 Probable connections (very close BTC values): Wagering Contest Referral Contest BTC Amount — comparison #2 — user: 4153011 ----> #2 — user: 523820 1.30082000 vs 1.30227000 #8 — user: 9111058 ----> #7 — user: 2325580 0.33740500 vs 0.33807000 #10 — user: 41711326 ----> #10 — user: 41225330 0.30000000 vs 0.30010000 https://imgur.com/a/DRgfkdZ📌 Comment In total, there are 4 confirmed connections and 3 highly probable ones. This is absolutely not a coincidence where several accounts suddenly became active, each having only one referral, and “by chance” they all started playing on the site and made it to the leaderboard. Such things simply do not happen. I am convinced that these are multi-accounts and that behind them stands one person or a small group. Another issue I want to raise Another topic I want to raise concerns a very serious matter for which I have not received any response for several months, despite sending many messages to both freebitco.in support and the $FUN token support team, since the issue also concerns them. Despite many attempts to contact, I still have not received ANY reply from anyone. The matter is serious and concerns a backdoor on the freebitco.in website. I will not write more details here for now, maybe this time someone from support or administration will respond to my messages, where I presented everything in detail supported with evidence and screenshots. If I do not receive any reply, the whole matter will become very loud across all media outlets. I hope we can reach an agreement, dear support, and I can recover all my money that I deposited on freebitco.in, which I am currently unable to withdraw. Tickets for which I have not received any reply: #23298638: Contact Form Message - 55437998 #11666328: Contact Form Message - 55124696 ps. I strongly suggest taking this matter seriously... Best regards You're not going to get a response from them on this one. There's no customer support anymore. Those tickets are getting sent to the void. Just let the people use their alts or whatever, it's not like they're going to actually get any money out of it now that FBC will never process withdrawals again.

That’s exactly why I started posting on the forum, hoping for any response (not only from freebitco.in but also from the creators of $FUN), because I know that tickets probably end up in a void, which suggests there is no reply. However, support is still functioning, because as far as I know they are still processing withdrawals (manually), but with significant delays. Accounts are still being blocked both manually and automatically, so someone there is holding the reins to prevent everything from completely falling apart.

Personally I think we should be working as a team to uncover the people behind FBC. Does anybody have any info whatsoever on The Quinn and Wetsuit?
I believe The Quinn is based in the UK, somewhere down south but that is about as much as I have managed to find out.

The freebitcoin team has not revealed much about themselves in the past and seems to have always maintained anonymity. Imho, disclosure of any information about the team will do nothing, especially about The Quinn. He has been the community manager for most of the time, and I don't think he could have solved the problems that have been occurring on the site since last year.

I think at this point its worth a try. Assuming we can find out information on The Quinn or even Wetsuit, pressure can be put on them to process their withdrawals. Currently, we are looking at a collective sum of 10's of millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin (possibly more) being held at ransom. Justice needs to come one way or another, they can fold the site for all I care, but first payments must be made. I withdraw all my balance months ago, but I have almost 10k referrals and am still owed a considerable amount. There are also people with their life savings in their FBC accounts. So these fuckers need to be exposed until they do the right thing.

They had two casinos, dplay.casino and club.riches, which Freebitco could use as a solution for their problem. They could redirect Freebitco to dplay.casino or club.riches and finally shut down their faucet business model but instead they shut down dplay.casino and club riches, so I don't understand why they did this. Nothing makes sense with Freebitco. They built Dplay and Club Riches, which was a great escape for their faucet model. They could attract lots of customers on these websites and redirect Freebitco to any of them but instead, they ruined everything. They ruin everything they touch. FUN token is the first perfect example of that.

Just two notes: - From my own experience, support sends you an automatic email with your user ID, but nothing else. Don't expect a manual response.
- No, they haven't been processing withdrawals either manually or automatically since August 5th. They only accept deposits, but everything we have in them is blocked, and since they can't pay everyone, it's lost.
If they started making manual payments again, everyone would immediately ask for withdrawals, and no one would deposit until they were sure they were back to normal. It's not a sustainable situation. The only options left are legal avenues or armed groups against the owners.

Childish mentality if you are thinking about things like these because not possible real owner already left site years ago as TheQuin left this site so now it's not easy to chase them just stop this here and leave this as it is. Their last response give all updates they are facing problems so just because of this I am sure it's not going to be had any positivity again in near future maybe they also lost access and now just doing nothing, and we are here waiting for response which is looking not possible.

The problem is that for the legal avenue to be worthwhile, it has to be someone who has a lot of money blocked there. Another option would be a class action lawsuit, but it would be at the international level against an entity with an alleged tax haven license, and perhaps there is no one there; they may simply have a rented location as their tax domicile. The situation with armed groups is even worse. It's not like someone scams you in your neighborhood and you go after them. First, you hire the armed group, which isn't going to be cheap, you're doing something illegal, and then you can pray that they will be able to find them.

The armed groups thing is obviously a ridiculous idea. With that said, Internet communities over the years have made great detective teams and uncovered the identities of people with very little information. Personally, I think we need to find out the identify of The Quinn and Wetsuit, pressure needs to be put on these people to do the right thing.

The best years for faucets were no doubts the early crypto years 2015 - 2020, and these Covid years as well where many people had to stay home. In these years up to 2022-2023ish the advertisements, and the money advertisers were putting down was far higher than what it is today. It's like affiliate marketing in 2025 vs affiliate marketing in 2005, there is no comparison. In addition, The crypto gambling world had far less competition than what you have today. People were discovering the crypto world and started using it, some with crazy amounts, just because it was crypto. But that holy grail era has faded. You have more regulation with crypto. Gambling with crypto is still possible but it's no where what it was years ago. Examples: 1) BetFury used to offer 40% and even 50% on their BFG token. Today the normal APY is 10%! 2) BCGame used to offer a daily spin, for free, you would collect free crypto, no strings attached. Today you are required to wager $8k within 24 hours to get that spin. 3) The bonuses that Stake used to offer, if you were to keep them from 7-8 years ago you would have lots of $ today (most people have never done that but you get the point). The idea of FreeBitco was a similar idea but it had some issues. The owners of FreeBitco purchased lots of Bitcoin back in early 2012 - 2013, which was one of the smartest moves anyone could have done, we're talking about $1 for 1 BTC... this has gone up by over 100,000 now!! Initially, The idea of having free BTC and risking BTC on a HI-LO game was great. Then adding some betting features, but as you can appreciate - the graphics and the interface were far from being a professional betting site - despite some members pointing it out - many others chose to neglect these warnings, felt like "this site is too big to fail". Yes, some users even had their life savings there, this is a grave mistake. Fast forward the years, When you run a faucet, giving away free BTC with a 50% referral program this opens the door to lots of abuses, you are invited to read this piece: https://freebitcoin.io/articles/changes-to-our-faucets-from-feb-2024Please take the time to read through the text carefully, rather than skimming over it quickly. All the info is there, check out the Title there: FreeBitco.in - The site is under a serious risk of crashing [Our Opinion]
"The experience we describe here in this blog is possibly going on a large scale of perhaps 100,000x times more on FreeBitco.in" This piece was posted back in February 2024. Hopefully this "old" information can help everyone including you who were asking, to better understand what happened here.

You told me the other day to open a topic on Scam Accusation and on investigations about the accounts of them here. And I said it would be irrelevant, but... I thought and thought, I think it wouldn't be irrelevant, I think this has already come to an end, and this thread could even be locked. since the support doesn't answer anything else here. and nm by other means. I have about 15k fun in my account, my mother has fun and btc, and my uncle also has it, and it's my fault... It's a good value they have, and I haven't told them anything yet....... and it will be very difficult for me to say., but I will take some time, collect several evidences, and open a serious accusation, in addition, I believe that this should already be locked, until those responsible get in touch, so that this thread does not cause more false hope, because on their website there is a link to this one.

I remember that a friend had a problem with 2fa, he called me by message, I told him to send an email, he did, he got a way to reset the 2FA, clicking on an email link for fifteen days,.. I remember that he lose to click it one day, and sent me an email again, and I told him to contact the site and finally, he got it.
I had 2FA reset a few days ago. You get a daily e-mail for 8 days with a link that you should NOT click. When you click the link, the resetting process is aborted.

- From my own experience, support sends you an automatic email with your user ID, but nothing else.
Obviously, the armed group was a joke (and if it wasn't, I wouldn't post it on a forum), and as for the legal route, I know it seems impossible, but if someone wants to recover something... it's unfortunately the only way. As for whether the owners are in bad shape, injured, dead, or whatever, I don't care. I hope everything goes terribly wrong for them in life, there's nothing else.

I remember your post but I don't understand why they kept the faucet if it's so unprofitable for them. They had two casinos, dplay.casino and club.riches, which Freebitco could use as a solution for their problem. They could redirect Freebitco to dplay.casino or club.riches and finally shut down their faucet business model but instead they shut down dplay.casino and club riches, so I don't understand why they did this.
They were completely giving away a good amount of BTC through the faucet. But all these issues are also related to the 25% APY of FUN tokens premium membership benefits. They have reduced it to 10% recently, but it was too late to do that. For a while, I was thinking that they would try to redirect all the users to dPlay and ClubRiches by taking some steps. But I was surprised when I heard that they were going to close both of those platforms.

I have two certainties. If they haven't been hacked for a long time, or they hit scammed everyone, who has an account and BTC with them. That is why I think that this topic could be stopped here..
