There are still a lot traffic on the freebitco site that means a lot of people are depositing and maybe losing too.

A lot of traffic relative to what? For example, the number of tickets sold in the weekly lottery indirectly indicates user activity and, consequently, traffic. By the way, in the last rounds, the average number of tickets is 20 million, although earlier there were 100+ million, and even 160+ million tickets. Such a significant decrease in tickets indicates that the traffic on the freebitcoin site has become much less.

Obviously anyone reading what they were doing will stop playing there until the situation gets solved.
Myself wasn't aware about what's going on, made some gains from few bucks, x10, not a big number maybe but still money that I could withdraw then nothing happened for days although I made fast withdrawal then surprise when I searched for their topic here and read it because I am pretty sure there is something wrong going on there.. So I stopped connecting and I assume many are doing the same until things get clearer.

Yeah, the best thing any user of this platform can do for him or herself is to refrain from any further use of the casino, most especially when they will have to deposit any new money to the platform, there is the likelihood that they may never be able to withdraw that money again.

Exactly, they are aware about the trust issue here in forum since last year yet they choose to dodge all the concerns and operate like nothing happened despite multiple issue arise with slow fix as always.

Right now, withdrawal delay already experienced by the majority of user compared before that they allowed some player withdrawal.

Though, in my eyes, all the money people trusted to this ecosystem is pretty much gone and there is little we can do. We can only hope the dutch authorities in gambling will step in and enforce their laws against those who defrauded their investors, depositors and gamblers.

Opps,  thats a costly mistake not that I actually agree with the validity of a fine for a blockchain with arbitrary attributable value and no legal standing for any set value.
   You gamble something which is not currency, which can be acquired without use of money and just anything in the world can be used as a proxy for gambling.  We used to gamble marbles and trading cards, sweets anything and is Netherlands going after those people who would play marbles without their permission also lol.

Either they want to say BTC is a currency and so not valid for tax purposes as an asset subject to capital gains or what they are doing currently is taxing as if BTC was diamonds or something.  Surely they cant have laws which contradict or perhaps they can do anything, government doesnt have to make any sense.

they are rubbing salt into injury, it would hurt less for people involved if they just pulled the plug and be gone, instead of leaving people in limbo and giving them false hope.

Reading through the document, it seems that the authority was not satisfied with just blocking the IP addresses. The only way for them to fully comply would probably be to impose mandatory KYC to make sure Dutch players can’t access the website. They can still appeal the decision, but I don’t see it getting reversed and it might not be worth continuing to fight it, considering the state of the site. They might just pay the fine, declare bankruptcy, and shut everything down.

In total, there are 4 confirmed connections and 3 highly probable ones.
This is absolutely not a coincidence where several accounts suddenly became active, each having only one referral, and “by chance” they all started playing on the site and made it to the leaderboard. Such things simply do not happen. I am convinced that these are multi-accounts and that behind them stands one person or a small group.

I have recommended this site to many, In the beginning,
the functionality of the site was very good.

I remember that a friend had a problem with 2fa, he called me by message, I told him to send an email, he did, he got a way to reset the 2FA, clicking on an email link for fifteen days,..

They could have done that already of they wanted to and wished not to continue to fool people around on the internet, in my opinion. They are going to pay the fine, because the name of their casino is still worth something, in the eyes of those who don't know what is going on, after the pay the fine, the most likely scenario would be them trying to operate longer, holding withdrawals and praying for more uninformed people to provide more liquidity to their casino.

Dutch authorities of Curaçao should already investigate all this mess and review the licensing given by this website, keeping in mind all this scandal.
