If they are sending money to Binance, people should report them in Binance too to freeze the funds there and also I don't know if this can also work for those who are in the USA to complain and file against them. https://www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/victim-services/national-crimes-and-victim-resources/cryptocurrency-investment-fraud. Really painful when you loss money to online company which you trusted before. Victims should do all the possible ways to address this issue. They promised this year and I have not heard anything from them again. The best option for them now is to sue them in a legal way. And the transaction in Binance will help a lot when the investigation will begins.
I would not really assume that this would really be possible. I mean someone who is willing to scam people, shouldn't really withdraw to a place that has KYC, they are going to be forced to share who they are, and if that is the case then yeah FBI or SEC or anywhere else will handle this.

At least it is good to know that we are getting close, this will end something like FTX and that is going to be very good because we really need this to be over soon enough so that we can do something about it.

I agree with you since if people take initiative to file a case and they succeed to penalize those fraudster this gives an idea to other people that they can sue those platforms did something illegal to them.

Since if they just talk and do nothing for sure that they can escape on the charges supposed to be filed to them and people will just slowly forget about those bad actions they have done to their community.

If lots of them got compromised by this casino maybe better if they unite together, so that they can file a strong case against them.

I believe that impunity breeds permissiveness. A punished fraudster will think twice before repeating the fraud. Others, knowing that fraud will be punished, are very likely to abandon their plans for fraudulent schemes, as there is a living example of punishment. In short, I recommend gathering a group of victims and filing mass lawsuits. This will not give a 100% guarantee of a solution, but inaction is guaranteed not to solve the problem.

Why would they send their money to Binance when they know its a centralized exchange and can give away their details easily if a legal case is against them.
If freebitco.in has decided to steal their users' funds then they would have figured out a way on how to launder the money and so they won't leave a trail behind.
The best thing here to do would be those people who have high amount on the site file a legal complaint against freebitco.in and only then the authorities might consider taking an action against them.

They could well have used fake data when undergoing verification on Binance. If this is the case, then there will be no effect from the exchange providing data upon request.
As for the complaint, it would make sense, but for greater effectiveness, it should be a collective complaint. However, so far, there are no signs that users who have large funds stuck there are taking any action in this regard.

Binance is famous for its shady practices. Binane has been helping Chinese citizens to bypass KYC verification. Maybe Freebitco paid enough, maybe Freebitco withdraws it on an account that's KYC verified by an absolutely different person, who got a share of some money in exchange of submitting KYC documents (too many people don't care about their privacy and KYC documents if you give them a few bucks and that's a very sad situation, it shouldn't be like that).
Btw who is in charge of FUN tokens being traded on Binance? I mean, who gave Binance FUN tokens in the wallet? I don't know how it works but I believe that Freebitco isn't just trading on one person's account, it should probably be more official.

I would like to add that they also had the facuet that gave the the most btc in comparison to other faucets. I played their faucet for years but unfortunately I also spent the earnings on Hi Lo. Also I heard that their referral program was pretty good.

BTW. I finally managed to play "stuck" free spins, not that I expect that Ill manage to withdraw the funds, but it seems that someone is still fixing website in spite of them announcing that they will close down.
They definitely had the best faucet. It's a pity that such a legendary website ends up in such a bad and unbecoming way. But to be honest, their Hi Lo was like a cheat code. They were giving away a huge number of coins via faucet (compared to others) but if you loved gambling and wanted to play Hi Lo (i.e. Dice) on Freebitco itself, instead of withdrawing it and depositing on another website, their house edge was high enough to make you lose your earnings quickly but the positive side of Freebitco was that you could withdraw your earnings and weren't restricted.

Yes, their faucet is the reason why I started to visit this site in the first place. I really enjoyed it while it was working ok, and I always wondered how it was financially viable, but I guess like you said the most of people spent it on HiLo way before they racked up mimimum amount for withdrawal.

Now I just hope that all of people who have funds locked there will get their money back. Although closing message on freebitco.in is trying to convince users that they will be paid, considering all the problems there were I wouldnt be too hopeful.

As crazy as it sounds, there could be a second chance for FUN token to shine if there is some casino out there willing to give this token a chance as their utility asset, but that is unlikely to ever happen, considering the team behind FUN has something to do with Freebitcoin, and they all have earned and very bad reputation.~

I think they can fix that and I hope they will. As they write on their site, "We expect withdrawals to be enabled by early 2026." It means there's not much time left until we can find it out. Freebitco.in owes me $40, which is much less than what I have earned on the site, and, so, financially it wouldn't be so catastrophic if they pay out nothing eventually, but it would be a moral trauma for me to know that people that had been so good in the past turned into scammers.

Yup, the only thing that we will miss about freebitco is their faucet. Faucets were very popular about 7 to 8 years before and it was only freebitco which was still offering non-stop faucet services for so many years but with the closure of freebitco, the faucet era also ends.

Rest of the games, lottery and betting could be found on other gambling site too and even much better than freebitco offered. There were more popular because of their faucets and that dice game. They later introduce betting etc and that bitcoin price prediction betting was another specialty of them.

For some weird reason the password reset mails dont get sent out to me anymore....
I can request a new password, but I never receive an email to reset it.
Anyone else have this issue?

Same issue, i thought it was just me not getting the password reset email

I still havent received any...
This is crazy, now I cant even log in anymore...

I noticed there was bets placed on the December pricing for BTC ETH and FUN tokens and its not declared properly any winner.  So thats entirely incorrect not to declare a winner and just take bets, retaining 30k worth of BTC without ever paying.
If any further confirmation was required in addition to the rest of things not being totalled up.  It seems a very strange process ongoing but even in a failure state any site would cancel and refund the bets taken, even if there was an error you do that much.
