It seems that freebitco.in is offline now. Considering all the problems this website faces in last year it doesn't surprise me, I expected this to happen sooner or later...

I noticed it too. All what they said to solve all the genuine users of the website were fake. They promised the January or the first quarter of this year and now the first quarter is about ending and their website is down. It is not a surprise again, we know that the site would go offline. If really they wanted to solve all the outstanding issues, what they would have done is to create new thread and solve them from there one after the other.

They've gotten to the point where all the claims are valid, and shutting down the casino is their last resort to solve the problem. Well, it might be a part of their plan or something since they don't have another way to solve it.

Now that this has happened, we can say that it is over. The said representative could sleep well (maybe). We can say that not all casinos can sustain and are able to solve problems. That is why choosing reputable casinos matters. Of course, we can't say they won't face problems, but at least we are confident that it will be handled properly and solved.

It could be pretty much a psychological tactic by those being the casino in order to keep people in expectation and see what is going to happen next. they are at the stage of the exit scam in which they try to get as far as possible from user and distract them from holding them accountable.

That's unexpected. When today morning I checked Freebitco.in and saw that they're back online, it was surprise for me, I already thought that they're gone forever. Does it means anything and gives some hope. I doubt. I choose to be realistic rather than living with false hope.

From what I understand from the announcement on their page titled "FreeBitco.in is shutting down," they're telling people not to use the site, not to make deposits, not to play, and just wait (preferably wait sitting down to avoid tiring their feet) until the day they decide to pay people.

What day do they intend to pay? They don't say when, only that they would pay "early 2026." So if you had $10 in your account, for example, played and won $1 million, they wouldn't pay you $1 million. In case they're lucky enough to pay you, they would pay you $10.

Therefore, don't waste your time using the site and wait for a miracle from them to have a clear conscience and pay everyone.

@Arwan_666, sorry that you were affected also by the freebitco shutting down issue while withholding funds belonging to their users, but I honestly feel you are chasing shadows..

First is that I do not think that freebitco was ever regulated, I don't know if the had a license from the government of which if they never had, then how is it possible that the authorities will be able to phish out those who were behind the freebitco site?

I honestly think that instead of going through this stress of reporting that may not yield any positive results at the end of the day, is it not better to simply accept your loss and move on already?

And besides, for those who have non of those evidence you mentioned, it's pretty clear that they can't obtain several of those proofs without having to sign into their account, now that the site is down, how can they gather such evidence you listed?

Me too. And I'm starting to think that the site is back online because they've seen that many users are considering taking legal action. I believe that in the end, one way or another, they will give the money back to users.

What hope are you talking about ? Bring the site back online doesn't solve any problem, rather it means that they are restarting their scam by accepting deposit and then not letting withdrawals  

While we all want freebitco to be back but they need to resolve the old issues, payback everyone and then start with a new vision. Until that doesn't happen, its important that we stay away from this site. However they may still get traffic as people access freebitco directly and they never know what's going on here until they experience the scam themselves.

The only way now is to make printscreens of your deposits, TXIDs, your pending balance, username and save all. Then file a legal complaint to ic3.gov and FinCEN (find on Google). Lots of people have already done this and do not wait for a miracle. The only scam is website itself.

If we are realistic, it sounds like a lie they are going to manually review all accounts to determine whether they are genuine users or abusers of their system. That manual review would actually take hundreds or even thousands and thousands of hours non-stop.

In my opinion, that manual review is nothing but an excuse to stall people until they resign and move on from their loss.
Also, we are in an era which they could easily pay for an artificial intelligence to automatically sort all their users out, according to their behavior on the website. It would literally just take them a few days (if they use an artificial intelligence).

If some authority came as asked them why they have not given any satoshi back to people, they will use the excuse of the manual review and stall as long as possible.
