Basically, problems started occurring on the site almost two years ago. At that time, it couldn't be considered a scam, but the site began to malfunction, which contrasted with how well it had worked for many years. Delays in withdrawals, problems with passwords, support, which had always been active in this thread, disappeared, things like that. But for over a year, these were just annoying problems, with no financial damage to users. However, in August 2025, what had been anticipated happened: withdrawals stopped being processed and they have not been processed since.

If they have started the site again, at least someone from their side should announce here what the plan is. A few words from their side, I don't think it's too much of an effort.

Do you need some words of comfort from the team or an episode filled with lies? The forum might be the last place they will think of coming back to drop an explanation unless they are fully ready to settle all the pending withdrawal issues, and since the site is back online, let's just at least give them the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to get things together by processing all pending withdrawals within the early stage of 2026. We are now in the 3rd month of the year, and the site suddenly comes back online.

Thanks for the links, it looks that onlyfirst website can be used by international users who aren't based in specific country. But still, I'm very sceptical that you can achieve something with these reports.

Yes, it could be that we won't be able to achieve anything from filing legal complaints but at least we should try it out.

I know exactly what i say i do which is probably 90% of what happened and who is responsible for what happened but im not going to read pages of bs posts to find out what you guys want to know.

First of of all yes wetsuit who is behind FBC is also the one that bought FUN from the original dev and started the company that managed FUN and DPLAY (Funtech ltd in gibraltar).
The idea behind FUN was legit and intentions where good but most of operations and marketing came from igaming and didnt understand web3.
Problems with FUN really started after CEO passed away then there was lack of vision and leadership and wetsuit even personally became CEO of FUN for a short period but between 2023 and 2024 most devs left or got replaced 2024 had a new CEO who brought his own dev team but ceo and devs also got let go after a year.

Now why is this important to FBC? Wetsuit spend alot of money trying to get FUN and DPLAY to work but after some serious set backs and hacks it started to be a burden without a real future, FBC starting to be less and less profitable it all started to be alot of work for little to no return.

Then there is also XFUN, the sportsbook, the hacks honestly its a shitshow and im surprised it took this long to collapse. I have not had any contact with anyone connected to FBC or FUN in the last year so im just guessing here but if you ask me they took what was left and nobody will ever see anything unless forced trough law enforcement.

We should not cross out the posibility of insiders from Freebitcoin and Fun token to be around here on the gambling section of the forum to see how our community is reacting to all this mess. It is typical of scammers an fraudters to take a a look to how their victims may be organizing.

Though, keeling in mind how hungry of attention some people are, you are probably right about this guy just seeking from attention from victims.

So you are basically confirming much of the responsibility of the downfall of Freebitcoin came from the management of the FUN token and their whole ecosystem being built in an inappropriate way.
I always thought their liquidity was affected by the way they try to push FUN as far as possible within their ecosystem and prompt people to stack it (along as with their Bitcoin).
But I never imagined there was also hacking and mismanagement of leadership within this chaos.

Actually, they have taken so much money and ruined the economy of so many people, that I think if their identity became public knowledge and also their location was disclosed, it would be just a matter of time before law enforcement was pushed to act and against them.

There is also the smaller posibility of seeing someone trying to do justice by their own hands. We have already seen some crypto developers and holders getting targeted in real life by criminals trying to force them to hand over private keys.
Though, it would be pretty unlikely that happens to the administration of Freebitcoin.

Curacao lacking the regulation or legal framework to handle this is definitely not true, the reason for registering in Curacao is the gaming license and the UBO's are also registered.

This sounds a lot more plausible than all the theories I’ve heard previously. To some extent, there was a suspicion that the FUN part of the business was a huge burden that was dragging them down. I felt they only kept trying to make it work because of sunken costs.

After the large outflows we saw, mostly going to Binance, I doubt they will return anything. Although, I guess they could have decided to use Binance as a custodian after they had security issues, but their lack of transparency makes me believe they decided to exit scam and make off with whatever assets they have remaining.
