i agree with you, because they have their own trading platforms so I do not think it's necessary to list their tokens on other exchanges. The need for more advertising in the promotion of their website. The project team has to work more so that it can achieve huge trading volume and easily reach out to everyone. First of all, I don't think the team are capable to build a regulated working platform in term of business since I didn't see any real activity for team numbers, like video or attending event for such a big project that deal with fiat and real asset.
Back to you point about exchange and assuming this is a real project. They are not going to build cryptocurrency exchange like binance ,bittrex etc. The ALLSTOCKS Network is a global stock exchange platform which aims to interface with all major stock exchanges and stock brokers around the world and this is mean that they need to develop to strike a partnership agreement with existing exchanges and brokerages. Now imagine how much will take to make those agreements in order for platform to start working. Do you want investor to wait all that time to trade his token.
Plus Tokens that will be issued on platform by other people can be tradeable on any exchange, So ATS should be listed on other exchange too.

well, they have to make their advertisement for their nich; this is an area that not everybody is interesting in stock trading and there are three types at the moment; the one who doesnt cyptocurrencies and just stock trading, the one who like both and the one who doesnt like stock trading. Difinitely, you are right mate. This issue is just an old matter because every legal business have their own lawyers to solved any problems that will be facing by the team in the future. And also, it's a common protocol to provide a legal councel as this will shows how good and legit the platform is.
