Following the launch of the Tokenization Standards Association — BetterTokens, Waves team decided to subsidise projects that are able to provide all the necessary documents requested: we will pay the 1,000 $WAVES fee, bringing the cost for issuers down to 10 $WCT. Anyway, the review process is not mandatory: all tokens created on Waves platform will continue to trade, unrestricted, on DEX, using their token id as their identifier. Well seems like I missed something in here, can you give me a link to that Vostok airdrop? I heard a lot of good things about that Vostok, and lately they have successfully secured $120 Million in their private sale. If that is true, this project will become the biggest dark horse in 2019.
