vostok development for industry and government confirmed today with several collaborations:

https://cointelegraph.com/news/russian-tech-giant-blockchain-platform-sign-agreement-to-improve-operational-systems

based on waves tech.

Is there any official statement if this is the "behemoth" partnership announced some weeks ago?

Unfortunately could not find anything on the official channels. For such an announcement, it is relatively quiet about the news with Rostec, so it would be interesting to know if something is coming or if this is the partnership.

Waves platform is easy and relatively very cheap to use. But I am wondering why is it that rare number of waves assets have become successful on this platform?

Any logical reason why only a number of them really made it thru using waves?

many many exchanges are set up tp list ETH tokens while very few list waves assets. This is the biggest roadblock, although the best perform currency on the planet is a waves asset (WAU). If more exchanges were encouraged to use waves assets there could be more successful tokens and coins on wavesplatform

I enjoy working with the finest digital currency developers on earth

It is normal, because ETH ecosystem has expanded well over last two years.
By now, ETH ecosystem has become the second largest one, only behind Bitcoin ecosystem.
Of course, WAVES is a good project, and has its good ecosystem, that has potentially bright future in aspect of expansion.
Let's see the next expansion of WAVES in years to come.
many many exchanges are set up tp list ETH tokens while very few list waves assets. This is the biggest roadblock, although the best perform currency on the planet is a waves asset (WAU). We have wonderful fully functional DEX, It's better than those centralized exchanges. IMO in the long run keep improving DEX and bringing users to use DEX is good, Centralized exchanges are prone to hacks and defaults.

Wondering this too. It's been taking quite some time since this first was announced.

That is very good chance to win some free Waves just by retweeting one the latest tweets in which developers have been invited. By the way I was little away and have lost complete track of updates. In few weeks Waves has recovered a lot seeing where it was couple months ago. There has been lot specially about updates in Waves client and smart contract with fixed fees will play key role in its adoption and value gaining.

1000WAVES is good prize. Nice contest there But tweets has limited amount of characters, it wouldn't be enough to express an idea of the project for #buildonwaves. Also they should indicate the new ideas not the ones that are already on other platforms like projects on EOS or ETH.  Would they consider the winner be part of the project when its being developed?

Hello airdrop and bounty hunters!

I am the founder of wctgram project. I’d like to create a whitelist of addresses which belongs to people who often take part in contests, giveaways, airdrops and bounty campaigns on Waves.

You should complete a few quick steps:

You should write your Waves wallet address which starts from“3P” in the BIO field of your Twitter account.
If you haven’t Twitter account, then feel free to sign up via the following link: https://twitter.com/i/flow/signup

After that, follow our Twitter page: https://twitter.com/wctgram

It’s that easy, bingo!

What’s the purpose of that?

I want to reveal this list on the forum so owners of other projects who wanna hold an airdrop can just distribute tokens to these Waves accounts without need of asking users’ addresses.

Write your wallets only in Twitter’s bio!
Wallet addresses and Twitter accounts from comments section will not be included in the whitelist.

I just want to say that I'm an old supporter of Waves platform and I'm really believe in its potential. I hold Waves since August 2017 and I have never wanted to sell them, even at the bottom.
