There is no reason or proof to prove that when the price of bitcoin goes up, Waves will go up or altcoin will go up, all depends on demand and manipulation of large investors, and the current situation is clear that big investors don't want to pump altcoin, they're just playing with bitcoin and making us panic. But we can rest assured, sooner or later, they will stop this game, altcoin will recover, however, Waves will not have a strong return when its reputation has been overwhelmed by many other competitors, it is no longer as powerful as before.

Actually it's not that unusual that alts don't follow Bitcoin directly but tend to go down when Bitcoin surges. But nevertheless, it's really a shame to see that the Waves price is continueing to fall. I really hope it can recover.

I would forward a complaint on the Bettertokens partnership as projects are not allowed to amend deficiencies and reapply for qualified status, as is evident by this comment by Bettertokens review board:

Dear Marquise $Museum team,

We review the White Papers that were current during the token sale, so, the updates will not change the fact that the initial White Paper was not compliant with our Tokenization Standards.

My reply:

In this case, the token sale has not generated any significant revenue, and the investors were also insured for losses. So this token was not affected by the contents of the white paper which was assembled for the bettertokens review board. This project was also not exposed to a large community of investors through for example top 20 exchange listing or coinmarketcap, so it has remained largely invisible to the broader community, and that is why the collaboration with Bettertokens during this phase will ensure a better token for the investor community, as I believe is part of your philosophy. So I believe it is the wrong choice to discard any proposed amendmendt in exchange for qualified issuer granting.

TSA also didn't exist at date of issuing of Marquise $Museum which occurred at the height of the 2017 peak, Your twitter came into existence august 2018, and I have not heard of this board prior to 2019 when Ivanov joined it.

My recommendation is to issue a provisional approval for Marquise $Museum during the assembly of the amended white paper. It seems Bettertokens create their own rules as they go based on data sets by applications, so there is no reason for this inflexible mindset, in a market that is dynamically evolving.

Looks like Waves may be forking in the future as there are two camps developing, a usurped and centralized autocratic (or the term I coined, neo fuedalist) faction, and the community decentralization faction. Vostok/Waves merger may become the opposite, fork into two platforms, one community organized, and the other usurper platform operated by the old world Intelligence community.

A very promising platform with a great future. In my opinion, if the token really grows, then the platform will really turn out to be interesting and may well compete with Vitalik Buterin. Therefore, of course, I have long ago bought myself a couple of hundred coins with the prospect of their subsequent sale.

That is million dollar question but nobody knows when the current situation will be over and it will get succeed to catch the same streak like where it was few months ago. At the moment all coins are suffering with the same problem I hope in coming months it will get find the way to make comeback.
