The idea has just started its business development. Already I see activity! I liked the idea of your business. I will follow the development of the platform in the future!

They need to do something about all these spammers it's getting out of hand.

Dude I hear you. And I feel bad somewhat adding to the spam by talking about all the people spamming!

But it is seriously out of control, Google translate getting a workout on the ravencoin thread with rubbish like 'this business could be the turning point when it is realised' and 'from whitepaper its very interesting and worthy to invest idea'. Like wtf am I reading is this pro level trolling or am I losing my mind.

Someone needs to moderate/step in and stop signatures and bounties for new accounts and just go on a banning spree.

Even though I am the one who created this thread, I don't believe btt allows me to do much about the spam or signature campaigns etc.  Just wanted to let you guys know, I'd do something about it if I could.  It's mostly bots or scripts that are automated, not sure what the purpose is for though.

Nothing is going to be done or can be done about those bots. The best ones are the ones that use a thesaurus and use words nobody ever uses to describe a project. "This project is fortuitous! A grand scheme the devs are plotting, I wish you good luck on your endeavors." - and it's on a thread that was a scam coin and died 6 months ago Wink

Their chrome extension was hacked. Yep. Has nothing to do with hosting files on their website. Not really sure where you were going with this.

"You are only affected if you had the MEGA Chrome extension installed at the time of the incident, autoupdate enabled and you accepted the additional permission, or if you freshly installed version 3.39.4,"

Four hours after the breach occurred, Mega.nz uploaded a clean version (3.39.5) of the Chrome extension, which should have auto-updated affected installations.

When you start a new topic, you can choose additional options. One of those options is self moderate. That should allow you to deal with them in future topics. However, I don’t know if you can change that option after the thread is created.

The purpose is to increase their post count so they have increased credibility when they shill their own scams and FUD others. There’s actually a market for their services and businesses built around it... sad as that may be.

Thanks for the clarification. I had just read an article about the Mega.nz hack when I saw your post. No FUD intended, just concerned that people might get hacked. But again, thanks for the clarification.

It's fine. It's like any other thread. Just report shitposts as they come in.

Why do they do it? To sell the account later, or join signature campaigns and earn money. Whatever you do, don't make a self-moderated thread. A lot of people on Bitcointalk won't even bother posting if it's possible that they'll be censored. I know I wouldn't. Any project that went with a self-moderated thread did so because they're sketchy (or just look sketchy now because of it).

Yeah I should be more proactive on that. For those who don't know, there is a 'report to moderator' icon in the bottom right of every post.

I'd only report when it is obvious its a copy-paste bot/person spamming away - low quality posts where the person is trying (or appears to actually be a person) are fine in my opinion.

Whatever happened to RVN support on "Ledger Nano S" they now have support for 712 coins? I remember someone in the community created the code, but still haven't seen it listed as supported on Ledger's site.

New Ravencoin (version 2.0.4) wallet binaries are now available at

https://twitter.com/Ravencoin/status/1034428996652605441
I downloaded this version of the wallet (2.0.4), but it does not synchronize, the synchronization scale hung in place and does not move anywhere ....

Hey Oleg, I had a pretty frustrating time with it the other day when I updated. I had to uninstall and delete raven. On your computer go to users,  the username, appdata, roaming, raven. I deleted the raven folder from there which allowed me to completely reinstall it. Took three times as the first two times it hung downloading the blockchain. I had other apps running which it says not to do. Once I closed everything out and let it run it synced up in a couple of hours.

Make sure you have backed up your wallet. Then once it is all synced, swap the wallet.dat file for your backup and relaunch. Your coins should be in a functioning wallet again.

I had transactions pending. After a couple of hours those showed up and now everything works as it did before the fork.
the wallet revived, version 2.0.4 after about an hour of "shutdown" earned, while not having to delete anything just installed a new version of the wallet and everything, stand up and after a couple of hours passed my transaction to the  exchange (CB)  ... )))

Hy   I  already  upgraded  version  2.0.4   still  waiting  more  than  24 hours in coming transaction  from   criptobridge  few  thousand  RVN  no  come to any  help  out  to  solve    the  problem

OK   every  think  is  fine   I   finaly  recived   after  abaut  30  hours  .

Will we really see a performance difference with latest drivers? I know the updated miner will make a difference but the drivers?
