A lot of airdrops are worthless, some are good, and some are scam or phishing attempts.
Just remember to be careful, particularly in the rush for those with very limited places - never give away private key or any personal information. I have seen airdrops that ask for KYC - this is a big red flag for me - it's not worth the risk in giving away such valuable information in the hope of getting a few dollars worth of coins.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Most airdrops have turned out to be worthless to me. Many are blatant scams even. Although there are a few golden ones right now.

That's one of the causes, I never want to participate in an airdrop, not just a difficult requirement to follow airdrop, but also because the nominal they give is only a few dollars, and that's not worth what we do

gifts from following airdrop are not that much and they also provide that information in the beginning so I guess we should be able to vote it and not blame anyone in this regard

IMHO for the best ICOs you need to have some coins (ontology) on your wallet or be one the first subscribers in new ICO media channels. Mass airdrops will give you nothing and don't cost time that you will waste on them.

This scams with airdrops have being around for a long time but it still seems like more and more people are falling for the scams daily. There are always a lot of airdrops that you will participate in that will never pay you. This is why you need to make sure that you make new wallet addresses to sign up for the airdrops. That is one of the ways to stay safe from the scams.

I have wasted my time on a lot of airdrops and only a few of them paid. It is hard for me to fill airdrop these days unless they are from a source I really trust. Some telegram group campaigns are really trustworthy.

It currently contains only the airdrop scam is very often the case. This will be very unsettling for fans of airdrop that exist because of course, they hope much of this for their income. some of the airdrops are indeed still producing. It's just to have produced and not for the airdrop is a difficult thing to do.

AirDrops have now not been taken into consideration profitable for a long time, i've long ceased to take part in them. after I first started out bounty, registered in lots of AirDrops, but paid only 5% of them. Even folks who paid, tokens are very small. therefore, I see no motive to waste time on this career

I join several airdrops before and it turns out its a fake or scam. I think thats the problem, its difficult to identify real airdrops because most of them are scams.

For me airdrop now is so disappointing because you need to take more referrer to earn small amount of token, unlike before you need to fill up the form and wait for receiving it and airdrop before has a big price and all of them was legit unlike now.

yes, there are so many Airdrops that currently lead to fraud, so we have to be careful in following Airdrop, Airdrop is not just that deception, and some Airdrop can also generate profits for us, so we must be careful and should be able to distinguish airdrop is scam and not Scam, but it is very difficult to distinguish it.

I also agree with you that some airdrops were fraud its just because the project wasn't able to reach the success. This is one of the reason why some complained why they didn't get the any from airdrops and some wanted to received rewards early before the ICO finished. But here, we must be considerate. We must also understand that the Project Team who offers airdrops also faced failures. If they fail accept it, but if the project reached its success and they don't pay you, that's the time you must complain. But I still hope that every project will reach the success.

Actually it is not the airdroppers problem for you not to receive rewards. What did you do? Putting your eth, putting your twitter account or facebook account? Is that it? It is not hard. So it is up to the airdropper if they want to give you rewards or not.

With the ever increasing amount of airdrops coming out the number of BS scams are increasing at an alarming rate.  The best thing to do it attempt to research the project well beforehand and if the project starts looking shaky midway jump ship fast.

for an airdrop hunter hunting airdrop is a must without choosing and thinking about whether the token or coin is going to be a scam or good, because for now the enthusiasts will have a lot of airdrop and the work done is very easy.

the development of airdrop is now very good because the main purpose of the project to provide airdrop is to promote the token or coin they make, they need the community holding their token or coin to get more improve on suplay demand in the next market and at the same time attract new investors

Well, the word "victim" is a little too strong don't you think?
It's not like you paid for these things, in fact most airdrops take just a couple minutes to sign for.
You just register or join their telegram or something.
If it's an airdrop where they ask you to comment or post something, how much time did you spend.

So when people complain about aidrops being a scam or being a victim, it kind of makes me laugh.

Here's the thing: if this was a normal business and they were giving away money for free, wouldn't you be a bit suspicious?
At the very least, when a supermarket gives out free samples, you know it's because they want to advertise a product.
Airdrops themselves are incredibly poor marketing and any company that does it you should second guess if they are professional or not.
And also, you could just ignore them all together.

So far I have never enrolled in airdrop because it does not know how it works, so just can see and read it. It seems hard to get lucky in airdrop.

Yes and this is absolutely true. I also experienced some incidents and doing airdrop is wasting our time. Further we cannot get a sufficient income as well and no point of doing this airdrops anymore. Most of this airdrop campaigns are scam projects and some are giving small amount of profits. Some airdrop projects takes too much of time to give the tokens. Normally i do only few of the airdrop campaigns and i love to do bounty campaigns since it is quite worth to do.
