This happens with airdrops all the time. You are waiting for payment in the beginning and then you do not understand how it can be that the reward is cheaper than the cost of the transaction for transferring it to the exchange.

This is commonly to most of the airdrops, they are all after the money if the investors trust there project and invest.

I rarely participate in airdrop, but if I do, I select best ones providing KYC verification in order to sort out cheaters and guarantee higher pay out.
Well,my best airdrop was Polymath. 250 tokens each worth 1$ i've sold immediately, now 1 token cost like 2.5x time less

As what you've said, about some airdrops was true but, not at all, we all know that airdrops is one of the reason why so many campaigne grown and also airdrop can give a chance newbie member to get free money. so don't be mad, that's life. be patience.

sorry i recent found out that most of the airdrop which we are participating are fake.
how could you work for airdrop at last they paid you and it worth's nothing or it has not been listed on exchange, even it is listed the amount of token given to you can't even cover the gas fee. just take a look of that, is it good?
then some of airdrop are to freez your system immediately which you can't have any access to control your system. i have been hack by airdrop and they mad away all my token just a simple click.
please reason why i decided to drop this message is that i don't you want to fall victim, because it pains for you to work for the entire months someone just came from no were and made away with your hustle without pity. so be careful
please drop your opinion let's reason together,

why do you mention that airdrops is a big problem? I think some airdrops are proving to be paying and they have a good price in the market, especially if airdrops are combined with the result of bounty campaigns. then the result will be bigger.

I understand your pain but not all airdrops are bad. Remember Hydro airdrop was worth $500 , NOBS airdropped good money recently

Yes nowadays airdrop is always garbage, but i think the problem is you joined every single airdrop, Better study the project first don't just join and join. But what is better Bounties

Thank you for this thread its reall help a lot to remind everyone tobe aware of this kind of scam. im new in crypto im working on it about 5months only so it helps me to remind me to care our earnings specially our accounts. we cannot pinpoint the the airdrop or bounty if this is legit or scam but think twice at all times every time we join or participate in any airdrops or bounty just research more before you decided to join. |

Airdrop scam are inevitable ther are everywhere trying to something out of someone's property. But there things to know to be able to avoid airdrop scam, and one of those is when airdrop is asking for your private key(would you give your private key knowing you would loss upon giving it).

Well, airdrops are designed to attract people to some kind of coin, so that they invest more, it's hard to get decent income from them at all. But more often, spammers use your resources to deceive other people and it's very difficult to determine, so I would not advise you to do them at all. |

There is absolutely no point to take a part in every airdrop that you see. I advise you to seek for good project's airdrops, i mean, a lot of bounty projects, ICO's are also doing airdrops. Just study ICO's rating, product, team, idea - it's absolutely same as to invest or to take a part in bounty

There is nothing surprising in the fact that users have absolutely different attitude to airdrop, since everyone has different experience in this regard. One can not deny the fact that most airdrop are scammers, or they have absolutely no value at all, and we always have a choice to participate in them or not.

I think most are fraudulent. But it does not require a good airdrop with just a few clicks. There are also many good airdrop, which worth to invest time doing

Agree that some of us encounter the same things in this airdrop problem. But yes, there is someone who are lucky with airdrop. We can't say all airdrops are scam, there is a good one and believe it or not; there is more here in crypto that already earned because of airdrop. I'm not one of this lucky person, i just know some of my friends. Be confident with yourself and know what is legit and fake. Goodluck. |

I absolutely agree with you that lately there have been a lot of poddelnuh airdrops in order to stuff a telegram to the group. If you approach the airdrops with the mind, no one will deceive you. Just do not give private keys and enters the suspicious site. It is necessary to work in airdrop sites there, although at least some sort of selection goes before they give it to you.

The main problem with airdrops they are nt secured they come with one single agenda to hack the erc 20 wallets so i dont trust airdrops

1. Many of them are not genuine
2. Many were created in order to swindle some people. Some will even request for your private keys.
3. Many airdrops neither have any demand nor exchange.
I have some airdrops in my wallet without exchange.
