Bountyhunters, be careful with twitter accounts

Already about 3 weeks I add friends, but the number of followers doesn't grow. I get new folowers and twitter blocks old. Unfortunately there is no possibility not to use tags #ICO. I take part in bounty, where it is necessary

I do many tweets and retweets promoting ICO with my twitter account without any problems... account is not newbie but old (more than 3 years) but I haven't any problems doing campaigns so I think this was not the reason for suspended account...

I have a suspended account I thought it lasts for days like 30 days or less but until now my account is in prison. I don't think that those crypto hashtags are prohibited, there's no official announcement made by twitter regarding that.

Most often,  block accounts  when you to use mass-following. Blocks is forever!
Also do not use hashtags #ICO #Cryptocurrency etc

Well thanks for your concerned  I think retweeting is ok but the Tweet is more Complicated because its bear more specifics #?but until today? im still used to  tweet with hashtags and I dont get warned but for the sake of compliance we all must follow so our account will not banned forever

This week, I was warned twice by twitter :
-first one : my activity was looking like "automated" ==> I have had to fill a captcha to keep on using twitter.
-second one : (I dont remember the reason they gave) ==> captcha + give phone number, receive code by SMS and give it to twitter to unlock.
So now I'm very cautious...

There's been a lot of bad news lately. So this news is full of pessimism. I'm sorry that many bounty hunters will lose their jobs. And about many promising projects, many users will not receive information on Twitter, which may not bring a good result.

Only once I had a warning and was blocked because of "suspicious activity". But some of my friends were blocked because they "violated the rules of Twitter". What rules - unknown.
I have another question to guys who were blocked: were your accounts new or already older than 6 months?

To be fair I have bounty hunted on Twitter a lot and used hash tags and referral links and had no issues. I would be disappointed if I got banned as I have built up a decent following. Maybe Twitter is harder now of crypto related projects. BUT think about the need for Twitter bounty hunting. It's the worst form of bounty hunting as increasingly you are paid pennies to work. Is it even worth it? Stick to content, bloggind and signatures and don't bother with Twitter bounties in my mind.

I don't think the blocking was caused by cryptocurrencies hashtags. Most probably it was just cause of the mass following. Just be careful with that and you will be safe from the block and continue to make money with bounty campaigns.

We need to be careful as I know some friends that their twitter accounts were blocked as well

Thanks for the warning. Indeed, many accounts have been blocked, especially for mass following and for doing several retweets from one page. It is better to pause between retweets

Nice info. may need caution and be aware of this sort of thing. quite unfortunate if this is to happen because of a twitter account is also a container to search for earnings in the bounty. always be alert and avoid suspicious thing on twitter.

In doing anything and being wherever we should always be careful and do not be quick to believe in others. Now more and more danger and hackers are everywhere. We need to be really vigilant. Thanks for the info.

Twitter is putting a temporary Shadowban on accounts which use Automated tools to follow/unfollow and tweeting too much. Even if you follow/unfollow manually, don't do it aggressively and keep a time gap between tweets/retweets.

It doesnt matter which country you live in. If you are promoting an ICO cryptocurrency related then your account will be blocked sooner or later. Everyone is trying to harden the policies towards ICO's now.

yes, I think maybe this is due to banning twitter for advertising ico. I personally rarely follow social media campaigns like twitter and facebook. maybe all friends should be more careful again than in blockir forever by the twitter.

i dont think they ban you for using hashtags #ICO #Cryptocurrency  and yes they ban you for botting twitter and massive follow dont expect to not get banned ifyou bot twitter like any other site
