During public sale it’s pretty much standard practice, but yes, if sale is not going good, it might discourage others from joining. I personally prefer to know about every cent collected.

  For bigger investments you can talk to sales team and they might be able to give you some sort of discounts if it’s over a certain amount. I’ve seen that feature on many other ICOs.

  I think it's better if there is no bonus like that in last phase of the sale, better for the project overall. There are really good bonuses in place already, even now as I write you have 31% bonus on your purchase. So hurry up and buy now, because you won't get bigger bonus in last stage then 31% that you get now no matter how much you invest.
