First you need more post. With range : newbie, you can't join to 95% bounty campaing(others 5% - you wil get realy low value of coins).
Next go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 and choose one bounty campaing. Read regulations, if it suits you, fill form or give comment - how to join you will have in regulations.

With your level as newbie you cant do signature campaign yet,  there is hardly a project that allow newbie to participate in their bounty.
All you can do now is opt for social media bounty campaign like facebook, medium,  instagram,  twitter, telegram etc

If you want to start a bounty campaign, first find a good campaign to participate then you start with facebook twitter or telegram campaign, you can't wear a signature because you are still newbie

There are so many scam bounty campaigns as well and try to select the good projects from recognized bounty managers. If you increase your level up you can participate the signature campaigns as well and can receive more free tokens than social media bounty campaigns. You first get yourself registered and opened an account with bitcointalk.org and you start posting on the trends. You have many campaigns of your choice which you can choose to start with, it's will be good if you have social media accounts like FB, TWT, Telegram Instagram... etc, but it's will be an advantage if you can Translate languages ,it's carries higher rewards.
Signature is another best campaigns of any bounty, but you have to be in Jr Member to participate in Sig.

You also get a twitter account with enough followers
Then you can start off eith social media campaigns

With time you can explore into linkedin and reddit and medium campaigns
When your bitcoin talk account is of junior member rank; then you start participating in signature campaigns

In joining or participating in campaign, it is better that you have a much higher rank than the newbie because most of the campaign doesn't accepting newbie rank and jr.member - legendary rank are they mostly accepted that's why it is very hard to find a campaign when you are in the newbie rank. The best thing that you can do for now is do upgrade your rank first. Just need to post more quality and meaningful post until you meet the jr.member position and after that you can now find a campaign that can accepted you. So good luck.

Just post until you become Jr. member, then go you bounty page where you can choose your desired bounty. Please make sure to read the rules to avoid rejection. Learn how the project works if you intended to hold the coins in the future.

You can't participate in good campaigns with your rank. I mean you have to have at least jr.member rank. But you can try to do a social bounty.

It takes time before you can join on campaigns. First you need to rank up your account to junior member before you can join but because most of the good campaign only accepts members and up you need to find campaign who accepts junior member so you will be paid while you're ranking up your account to member

First you have to create an ERC20 wallet in myetherwallet, this wallet is useful to hold all tokens or coins you get from bounty or airdrops prizes that you follow later.
And do not ever forget to save your johson address file and your wallet key, if you forget your key wallet then wipe it all off and never to give your key wallet to whoever it is.

Just join bounty section and find jobs there. You can join bounty with high reward when your rank is member above. If it is still newbie the reward is still low. You can also join social media and blog campaign. The highest reward is translation campaign. what do you want to choose?
