This website has gone to complete shit, the grading isn't automatic anymore....  They did an update 1-2 weeks ago and every bet takes time to grade, it's so annoying, you can't bet your winning right after, need to wait...

for me everything was right , but today there was a problem with the odds
I was betting on a match and the odds was X2.47 before I bet , when I was trying to bet it showed that the odds dropped to X2.45
so I refreshed the page but the odds was still X2.47 , don't know what's going on but this should be fixed too

i wasn't aware anymore about this because im still waiting for nba season before using again my cloudbet account this site was a good site before i just cant see why OP is unable to reach those complainers here or they are already answering this since that they also have support team to handel this problem. hope it will be resolved before the nba season starts.

most of us here don't keep the funds in the bookies , so we search for the higher odds and then we deposit
cloudbet should fix it , cause by doing this they are wasting their players time also they may be wasting other opportunities to bet on other bookies

CloudBet had all odds for the Red Sox/Indians game off the board for the entire 20-30 minute period leading up to first pitch. Pretty disappointing.

Any ETA on when the odds problems are going to be resolved? It's ridiculous. I can't place any bets...

"Very few"? I can MANUALLY identify at least 20 different events with multiple markets having the same problem everyday. I wouldn't quantify this as "very few", but anyway...

Yesterday when deposited wasn't aware of your first deposit bonus and made two different deposits close each other ( 15 minutes delay between the two) and by a similar amount 0.944BTC and 0.925BTC because I have my BTC stored in different "places".



My deposit behaviour had the consequence I have been issued a deposit bonus only for the first one : is there any chance you may review my account and credit my a bonus for the total amount of the two depos?

They won't do this for you since it was seperate deposits and that is on you.
I did the same thing at another casino only 2 minutes apart and they did not allow it since they will tell you it is in their terms of service and they can not alter their bonus system whatsoever.

Can someone please help me? I bet on the giants and cubs game yesterday and i checked today and my funds are still pending. This is unacceptable considering it's been almost 24 hours and because of this i can't bet on other games. They haven't held my money for this long.
