Yes, the use of bitcoin as currency still not allowed at some countries and based on that, bitcoin's goal still not reached yet. It looks so hard for bitcoin to achieve the goal but who knows maybe in the future more and more countries will accept it.

Bitcoin is the backbone of cryptocurrency because it is really the only cryptocurrency that is actually used to make real-world purchases. All other altcoins are basically just stocks, worth a certain amount of btc, just as a share on Nasdaq is worth a certain amount of usd.

In my personal opinion bitcoin have not reached it goal yet due to the fact that the technology is still developing and more and more people will still embrace bitcoin as they choice of investment and currency in the future and at that time we can say bitcoin has reached it goal and also the altcoins since bitcoin serve as the controller of the entire crypto system.

well, for now, many developers continue to develop bitcoin so that its goals are achieved. but, to date, so many obstacles have been obtained. well, the price decline that is currently happening is one of the proofs.

I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

This is just the beginning and Bitcoin is still very young and needs to grow before it can reach its goal of becoming a worldwide transaction tool. I think bitcoin needs a few more years to do that, as long as bitcoin is not distributed to the masses and is not used in daily activities in life, bitcoin has not yet reached its full potential.

I am not a veteran of the crypto-sphere, but I can say that bitcoin is only on the way to the realization of all its goals. But I am glad that he is on a positive path and in the world everyone gradually understands the value of bitcoin.

I think the goals about bitcoin are changing with the effect of time. I see things different about bitcoin, i mean, i don’t think there is a final destination for reaching the goals. It’s just a process and it’ll get better somewhere.

in my opinion, bitcoin has not yet achieved its goal because bitcoin cannot yet be legal throughout the world and it may feel difficult if bitcoin replaces the current fiat currency because not all countries that accept bitcoin and bitcoin cannot yet become legal in all countries and I think bitcoin hasn't reached aim

Of course not. While the whole world does not recognize bitcoin and does not make it legalized, it is not worth talking about its maximum potential. I think we are now seeing perhaps half of its possibilities and what we could see when it fully unfolds if it does, then we will learn a new cryptocurrency world.

Bitcoin is in a state of regular correction. Now its price has fallen against the background of not very favorable news, but it will grow again, I do not doubt it. Bitcoin must strengthen his position before the next jump. There are many achievements ahead for bitcoin, both in terms of price and in terms of its position among other altcoins in the crypto-currency world.

Bitcoin goals where never disclosed by Satoshi Nakamoto. it was left alone just like a failed project. So we are using it Revolutionary way, maybe it is us or it is Satoshi himself no matter what it is right now it is being used as a currency exchange platform. it processes the payment exactly like everyone Wanted and it is very necessary to upgrade the monetary system in 2018.

I think bitcoin has achieved that goal. But bitcoin is still a lot to watch for in order to remain stable. I hope the bitcoin in the future will increase and gain prestigious awards.

Bitcoin has lost much value this year..Moreover, this value is not only monetary..People's confidence in the market began to decline..I do not lose hope despite everything..I hope Bitcoin will be $ 20,000 at the end of the year.

We know the bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin has progressed very fast but bitcoin has not reached its goal yet. I feel like the bitcoin is being liked by the people. Bitcoin will go up and up.

Just as long as we still have cash and cards in our wallets, bitcoin has not reached its goal. Bitcoin was designed to be a digital currency capable of replacing fiat. Part of the indication that Bitcoin has succeeded is the point in time when we become cashless and cardless. Do you agree?
