I think not reached it's goal. As a Leading Coin it has store value, capable of reaching a million doller, due to it's limited supply.
May be Bitcoin will be used for store value, & coins like Bitcoin cash , Litecoin ..etc will be used for daily transactions, once all digests the advantages of crypto over fiat.

I think bitcoin price goes to down now they can bounty on bitcoin and we invest as soon as early. 2022 can't reach their goal unless crypto currency goes to up now a time.
bitcoin dump so every single coin might be dump without hesitation.

It is difficult to say whether Bitcoin achieved its goals, because it was not quite clear what goals it faced.

If the goal was to open the crypto to the world, then yes.

If to become a real currency accepted all over the world - then no.

Bitcoin has not yet reached its goal, it will go further. Above all this year, it is very important.

I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

Although in terms of bitcoin making the news worldwide, Bitcoin has not reached its intended goal. Bitcoin is more than a digital currency, it is the revolution of the financial system.  what we are seeing now about bitcoin is just 10% of what bitcoin will be achieved in the 10 to 20 years to come.

Indeed, bitcoin is still in the process of reaching its goals. Right now, the price is not ideal for selling, it is ideal for holding. Thus, the price is still not high enough.

I also believe that bitcoin will go in the $ 250,000 price by 2022, and it will be our chance to invest in the long term and I think altcoin does follow the bitcoin steps.

From your point of view, not yet. Bitcoin is trying it maximum best to get there, it a matter of time and perseverance of which our mother coin is good at. So definitely that goal will be attained soon

I'm thinking the same thing. Future is bright for Bitcoin (and some other coins too).

Almost everyone is happy about the way that bitcoin is being developed at the moment, and that is one of the main incentives that most of the people have in here to keep buying more and more bitcoins, at least, it happens to me

which I know currently the purpose of bitcoin has not been fully achieved, because the bitcoin has a desire to be part of every country. ie bitcoins can be approved in each country.

I think it's not worth to expect a price of $ 250,000 for btc, but at least an increase in its price from today's 7-10 times can be expected. Too many projects have not yet shown their fruits, and the governments of the countries have not decided what kind of relations with the crypto community they want to be. It should be assumed, mainly due to these reasons a certain stagnation.

Bitcoin has moved a long way from the begining until the position it's having now.
And I don't mean only the price but the status, adoption, regulation. Still the path isn't finished yet and a lot needs to be done. And I think that the price isn't everything we should be focused on.

Legitimate means allowed by law. Bitcoin hasn't reached a legitimate goal because its not allowed or centralized by any government. And there is no price goal because the price of bitcoin is volatile.

In my opinion if we will talk about the Bitcoins goal my answer is yes but not totally because we all know that everything has not have only one or two goal to called theirselves a succesful one but we all know that bitcoin already reached a lot of goal and make a lot of history in the world and also in the history of crypto currencies and we know that one of them is to be a legitimate in a lot of country and to have a good value in the market and i know that it will continuing reaching their remaining goals in future in will give a lot of good things and profit to a lot of people who will be a part of this achievements and success.
