If you are buying it in the ICO, minimum investment is 25 USD. If you are buying it via BitShares DEX, you can invest any amount.

Correct on bitshares you can buy lower than the minimum....OR mre than the maximum

I would like to see it grow into the one stop shop for all freedom talk, i believe everyone has the right to do what it wants and marijuana is a small stepping stone to open this door back up. Pot, gambling, drinking, really anything you want or can do in the comfort of your home without harming someone you should have the freedom to do that.

For me. i. see. smoke network as a freedom platform where cannabis users can post their activities with no censorship - though many will still over use, missuse and abuse the platform - anything is. possible but at the end if the day i. see smoke io. as a platform that many researches about cannabis and marijuana will. be carry out-watch out.
