It probably means Neo&Bees is one of Ukyo's largest creditors, they have probably come in to make sure they get whats owed to them first.

So they keep everything quiet for "legal questions" while they drain whatever ukyo is good for, then let other creditors fight over the scraps.

did not know that. can you confirm this info?

If you didn't link your WeExchange account and your BitFunder account then you cannot move BTC between them.  I currently cannot link my WeExchange and Bitfunder accounts so the BTC are in limbo.  I bet there are numerous other people in this situation.

w0flm4n

You lost the money. They were spent inappropriately on business and personal expenses. Better hope NEOBEE bails them out, but their current plan has severe conditions.

Please dont post your fears as if its proven reality already.

There are probably a lot of BTC just sitting in bitfunder on accounts that were never linked to WeExchange.  When 3December hit and all your remaining BitCoin goes to WeExchange that should give the owner a nice little pop in earnings........

How could there be money on bitfunder without a weexchange account? Bitfunder and weexchange was one from the start. Bitfunder in fact doesnt hold any money. Its all stored in weexchange wallet in reality. Thats what weexchange was for.

Did someone get shares at bitfunder, sold them and now has bitcoins showing up there withoug having a weexchange account or how happened it?

I have about 0.3btc in neobee shares I bought at bitfunder. Do I actually own shares or have they been stolen?

Also is it safe to log into bitfunder? I'm getting a warning.

No you own them and you need to get them moved asap. Search Tat's posts on the Neobee thread for instructions.

Why asap? Are the remaining securities at risk? Next Monday they should be transfered to the issuers.

So no progress, no news?

I don't know how some of you are staying so calm.  I have about a BTC lost here and this drives me near-berserk (now that we are over a $1000/usd/btc).  If I had like, 10 or more btc like some of you, I would be headed to Texas. I'm surprised by how little anger there is here.

The problem is we cant do much. You can speak with ukyo and you would get the impression he is working on it. More isnt possible at the moment. If he had vanished its another thing. If the police would ask ukyo whats going on he would tell them that there is a computer problem and he is working on it. So probably nothing would happen there too.
I only hope he gets the answer soon that he waits for.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Everybody here seems to be having trouble with withdrawing funds from WeExchange. The problem I'm having is that on the 13th of november I send bitcoins (3.13) from WeExchange to bitfunder and even though the site states that the transaction is completed, I never got my bitcoins on my bitfunder account. Am I the only one who has had this problem? Huh

I think you probably are the only person to do this... and I'm trying to figure out why! On front page of BitFunder website there is:

Quote
Important Notice (November 4, 2013)

Please be advised that BitFunder is ceasing operations. In connection with BitFunder's shut-down, please note the following points, which supplement the points outlined in BitFunder's October 8, and October 11, 2013 notices:

As of November 14, 2013, no BitFunder user will be able to enter into any new positions or sell positions on the BitFunder website.

So... not really sure what you were going to do with your deposit... anyway - join the club as you're most likely going to want to withdraw the deposit soon and hence the WeExchange withdrawal problem!
