Where money is, there will always be fraudsters. Sad but true story. Also virtual money dulls the sense of responsibility, caution and scammers use this.
I personally think that it isn't so hard to be on guard and it doesn't require a lot of special knowledge or effort. All investors are fully responsible for their own safety and should be prepared for scammers attempts.
