Well pardon me the brain master, the login option is not something that would require tech know how to find, i mean, one would think that from the drop down menu login would be among the options but i see that is not the case here so next time i would expand my search for login button.

That telegram group is not for bounty, it's just to see the updates and the team news. It is only informative.

I also know about the link you gave, but I only asked about the bounty group that happened to this project. Everyone was excluded from the bounty group.

Hi Sylon how can we receive our bounty now? we do KYC but there is no option there that we need to input our ETH address and status of KYC is still pending approval it seems our hard work and efforts was not paid off with this bounty campaign.  we are losing trust  in bounty campaign with this incident.

You only have to wait.
If your KYC docs will be accepted, you will receive your bounties tokens (based on the fact you're not a cheater/fraudster).

Don't get me wrong but now i think getting information regarding bounty and the kyc issues will be more difficult, it was easy to reach out to the team on telegram but now it is not the case, what happens if our kyc happens to be rejected? Who to speak with to resolve such issues? My kyc over 1 week + is still showing pending.

What would you do if the Telegram group was still active ? You would complain but team would still reject your docs/ignore you. Stop acting like if that Telegram group was everything for Jinbi Token project.

@Sylon there is no fud in my statement but just looking for a closure as to the team action, sure there is nothing i can do if they reject my kyc even though i know they won't have any reason to do so as my information are legit, but in the case where such those happen, how do we get hold of the team for further assistance? Besides what is the reason behind opening a telegram group chat in the first place? For complaint and assistance, information regarding project right? Then why do you see it as a problem?
If they feel bounty guys don't worth the trouble what about investors?
I didn't realize that has suddenly become a big problem that would leads to shorting down group chat for.

According to what i understand from the various posts here there is still much time for the team to make preparation for bounty payment, i think first steps is to approve all the qualify kyc still pending, don't know how long it will take to get approval, we are in December now and i was mentioned here, payment will occur in December.

i remember that in the official channel an admin says something about new law and regulation, but he didn't go in detail.
