There r people in that list that already received 3, 4 times bounty and others received nothing.

I am just thinking from a (fraud-)tracking perspective. So if you ever know a single account a person on the Nxt network owns, you can track every transfer to any other account. No way to hide where you actually transfer something to, right?

No. It's easy to hide tracks by sending coins via 1-3 exchanges.

It's BCNext's plan. To fund development of clients and public nodes and still a lot of money r being left.

There are many things ahead to spend. A global promotional campaign is not inexpensive if you want to feature Zhang Ziyi‎.  I suggest to stick to the initial plan and spend the fund wisely.

The majority of un-claimed coins should be kept in tact for now and move to a multi-signature account later on. Unclaimed-coins belong to the community and there is no rush to spend right now. We don't want to go around begging donors when we have some real important works needed to be done in the future.

That's not so bad, I've some BTC aside, that I've wanted to spend in eMunie. But instead of that I will buy some 10k Nxt.

No. If the community decided whom to give the rewards to then Graviton would not win 1st place, coz he is not a very popular person. But without nextcoin.org we wouldn't get so much popularity.

I agree Graviton deserved to win the reward program, and now there are other sites also deserving of rewards.
