In the end, you will run into the same issue of knapsacking. Can you show the runtime complexity for cracking that mixing?

Knapsacking can't be used to deanonymize transactions, coz there is no blockchain in Qubic. Transaction graph can't be analyzed.

Platinum is more expensive than Paladium.

Don't get that confused.

Ok. Maybe I confused it with Unobtainium.

Hm. My data is really outdated. When I was developing an economic game Palladium was more expensive than Platinum:

But now it's not.

No, those were my first serious steps in game development.

Would work like network proxies for connections.

It's not that simple. Math proof, peer review, etc.

I know. It's a good metaphor, though.

Somebody, who want's to know everything has to go to every proxy and to ask kindly for the connection data. Until he gets it all.

I'm afraid that common people will see brushed metal or titan = silver.

marek3ball, how about designing a 3D render that is round like a coin but doesn't go for a traditional coin look? Perhaps using some of the colors/designs on http://www.nxtcrypto.org/ for inspiration?

This might help establish its 2nd generation / more than just currency appeal.

Few pages back was requested hexa shape. It will look very different. I will test it too.

Why pick expensive materials?

Why not more commonly used and more useful materials?

Carbon steel for example. Steel is also very recyclable.

+1, we need to represent working man's currency!

Unobtanium is fictional,  comes from the movie Avatar.

Only part of the network knows that A and B r linked. If u send money a lot of times then none of the peers have the complete graph.

Okay, I see. An incomplete transaction graph can be analyzed as well, though. So, my weights don't become as big as if I had the complete graph, but they are unequal zero.

Btw. how is the data transfer between the nodes regulated? If it's a push system, when a new node comes in, which nodes will send it the necessary data? If it's a pull system, when a new node comes in, from which nodes will it be allowed to gather the necessary data, if not from all? In the latter case, a new node could easily collect the complete graph.

BOUNTY REQUEST TIP OFFER

Tipping software and API wanted. Give and ye shall receive! Details at https://forums.nxtcrypto.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=710

jl777, is this compatible with the bounty contest you guys are running? I'd like, as an experiment, to see if this can work without a large guaranteed bounty. But at the same time, I don't like denying bounty hunters the chance of joining your contest. What do you guys think?

rickyjames is the treasurer of the NXTfund. I will not pay any of the NXTfund to myself, nor will I even be able to touch the money.

Now that I have been entrusted with 1.525 million NXT all of a sudden I have the responsibility of deciding the best way to allocate it. It is not easy. I am still not even sure which area it is best spent on. It is super important that the funds are spent as effectively as possible.

I want to show the NXT community that the NXTfund will do its best to maximize the value of NXT and to reflect the collective will of the community. As long as there is consensus, then my job is easy. However, if there is no consensus, then I will be forced to decide the exact allocation and if I make everybody equally unhappy then that probably means I am doing a good job.

Just to keep people aware of interesting DOGE developments, you can now send and receive DOGE via text:
http://fido.pw/

One of the reasons that DOGE is taking off is people are getting easier access to it and using it to do stuff. What would it take to make text tipping work on NXT?
To sum up our weaknesses, the NRS client is cumbersome to install, and our wallets are brain-only and subject to theft via user error. We need to make using NXT so foolproof your girlfriend can install and run the software from a smartphone or tablet.  I have seen some promising proofs of concept, but we are behind in the easy-to-use front. I share this with our fellow Nxters in the hopes we'll see some kick-ass clients and apps soon.

I want to provide a bounty for integration of a fully functional torrent client built into one of the nxt clients. Most importantly I want some type of decentralized magnet link system that provides useability at the level that a high quality torrent site provides (eg. Pirate bay level). I'm not a programmer/developer so I don't know, is this in some way possible? Is it a huge undertaking?
