can we pls speed up Service providers....how much would it cost to implement this feature?

Asset Exchange, Voting System and Account Control r the only things that r planned to be released by April.

no decentralised exchange?

do you happen to have a roadmap/to-do list that gives the expected dates of completion for each of the different features?

what if we want to speed up service provider feature...then we can right?....we just need main dev;s or competent dev to code it in.

Of coz u can.

But only dev's on the Nxt  dev team would be allowed to code this in right....we can;t really use outside dev's or can we?

I need this for the Texas talk.  So we will not be ready for 1000 TPS in April without service providers, right?

You mentioned before you hoped to implement parallel blockchains by April.  What are these and are they still in the April release?

NXT community, we finally have a way to unleash the unclaimed NXT. I have made a proposal based on my understanding of past discussions, consensus, etc. The most important aspect is the separation of advisory committees and spending ability. This is to prevent conflict of interest or even appearance of conflict of interest.

If it turns out 1 Million NXT is not enough for the 1000TPS hub infrastructure, then I certainly would recommend adjusting the tech/infrastructure ratio.

ANY other issues with my proposal? We are not deciding on the actual trusted members, nor any of the advisory committee members. This is to determine the process.

James

My issue is that you are proposing that we elect a permament government, and I got into crypto to avoid such things.

The simplest solution is to burn the money, everyone else's NXT appreciates, and they can spend their increased wealth as they see fit.

I know people have a knee jerk reaction against burning the NXT because they look at it as if you are destroying wealth. This is shoddy economic thinking. You are not destroying wealth, in fact, by burning it, you are removing the wealth from the concentrated hands of an elite few (the spending committee) and distributing the purchasing power to EVERYONE in the NXT network.

If somehow a new committee / government does get formed, I hope that part of the bylaws would be that anything not spent within 6 months gets burned, and make each member swear a blood oath agreeing to that.

Looks like I won't have them ready by April. Parallel Chains is just another way to store data.

I love playing 20 questions with you, CfB.   Will the April software release be capable of handling 1000 TPS if the right number and type of systems were online as NXT nodes?  If so, what is the largest blockchain size such a node will have to handle?

I can't answer these questions coz I don't know what min fee will be in April and how popular Nxt will be.

Hi,

I've tried to make a little teaser for nxt - it's actually supposed to continue with the features of NXT but I thought I ask for some feedback if it's worth the time at all Wink
