What you ask is not an issue to me. Such requests will be processed by me only and NOT NOW in order to avoid confusion. The time I'm waiting is just to protect common interests. Please, consider your request filled and kindly wait your turn without playing this way now!

If we do have excess funds, I would like them to be used to purchase more shares if that is an option.

I am also thinking of buying 6 more shares - preferably from the 20 that chnch wants to refund from the first order - but I am still undecided at the moment.

So apart form accumulating BTC and not answering, what are you doing ? Prove me wrong if I am.

To finish I have the same question as the other times... Will my 0.15BTC get me 1% of div's of the first unit ? This is simple : YES OR NO.

First of all I'd like to emphasize how much i appreciate all your efforts for this group buy instead of keeping the hardware and let it run for you, as you stated earlier as your other feasible option.
Therefore - and by seeing the increasing number of members wanting to get out for different reasons (and yes, transparent handling of this also belongs to the duties of a prudent group buy) - i'd like to ask you that instead of the attitude of your previous posts in this very question, please confirm with a simple YES or NO that

Will all the refund requests be processed (100% of payments) and publicly announced before SebastianJu, the escrow agent releases the funds?

I didn't sent this to you in PM as you advised, because i think that as each previous steps of this group by (including payment transactions) have happened publicly there is no real reason for this part not to happen the same way.
If you don't want to get bothered by the refund-issue and really want these 'out-of-focus' messages to disappear all you need is to give a clear answer as YES and i'm pretty sure that everyone will respect your request for not to distract the focus of this topic.

I'll also send a PM to SebastianJu, asking him to look into this thread and requesting him to confirm his standpoint.

I think it would be a good idea to compile two public spreadsheets (nickname, address, BTC amount, number of shares) of a) all the active shareholders and b) all those who decided to withdraw and are awaiting refund. There is quite a lot of money involved here and I think some sort of transparent and precise record-keeping is in order.

But first I need to hear confirmation that they are still 0.05 BTC for 1/300th of a machine [with the understanding that KnC may deliver the 3 machines at different times, and that the three machines may give different hash rates] despite recent changes to the exchange rates.

- ALL will remain the same even for machine #3 AS STATED IN THE OP!

- I'll answer other questions in 1-2 hours, please understand that I'm working for you ALL & I have to take care about priorities before to waste more time with people that even after A LOT of kind PM from me in the past days... still think that their own personal doubts can STOP US. (like ici_lemmy who sends me a PM every few hours... ALL answered by the way... )

- Some simply SHOULD ask to KnC more details than to me......... it's obvious......... .......KnC "variables" doesn't makes you "wonder"?

I must say the recent posts in this thread made me a bit worried. Until now I still can’t see any complete share list for each batch while we are lunching the #3 order! At least the organizer should give us a clear share breakdown and put it in the top most post to let everybody know. That’s quite unusual compared with other GB.  For the safety reason, I think I have to exit now.

So can I request a refund my 0.25BTC to 19CaXvetJeHfDTK1GNNZGiiCqYaJZt4cU3 as the post #116 mentioned above? Thanks a lot.
