I know you are holding onto my (and others) refunds in hopes you can reach enough to get your 3rd machine. This isn't how (good) business works.
When a customer asks for a refund, it is your duty as a responsible shopkeeper/salesman to abide by their wishes..

I get it man, You're all horny to get your hands on 3 KNC Neptunes and all. But given my refund request being denied, because you intend to spend the coins to get your last order completed.. Well, That's not cool nor remotely good business.

Those coins I sent you are far better off used on x-mas gifts this year, then having to wait/stressing out hoping that these dividends are worth it, everything ships on time, Hosting is flawless, etc etc.

I think it's not only anykeywhy's, but also the escrow, SebastianJu's reputation on stake here.

First I think it's fully unethical to provide escrow services in a deal where an old friend of you is acting as seller,
