may i kindly request for a refund of 5 bitcoins for the 100 shares that i bought?

Hi pharker!

I'm sorry form my late reply, you didn't deserve one on-the-fly and I preferred to find some calm to be here in front of the monitor and answer to you.

The answer in one word would be: no. But you have several option though, sorry!

Machines were bought and paid, we always published all informations on first topic and at any request in thread or via PMs... We paid the machines in dollars as KnC allows only this way (BP instant conversion) and, as you know, bitcoin has its own volatility. The ones who "suffered" from prices spreads have been "balanced" for now with bonus shares (you'll find all details in OP), the only one that still hasn't understood that I can't fix a change between $ and BTC forever or while waiting for people from around the world to change their mind day-by-day, was refunded looong time ago... Then consider also that Neptunes need some extra "stuff" in order to work properly... for example a PSU and so on! Details in OP.

I've received PMs from you when selling #3 Neptune only about shares availability and nothing else, you have always been able to read publicly for informations, to ask for doubts or questions and nobody forced you to participate here or immediately. Can you imagine when we would "close" the buying process if we would allow endless refunds?
(Please note that the last two accomplished refunds (the only motivated ones till now) were asked before the GB closed (also via PMs).

The only important thing now is that you are able to sign a message from your payout noted address. Then, you can do pretty anything with the shares you hold.

Your shares have a value, maybe higher than you think. You may want to take your time to better think about what to do with your shares or you may want to consider also the following options that may help you:

- Set up an auction or "buy it now" in the appropriate section we have on this Forum.
- Sell privately and communicate change addresses
- Ask to me to sell them instead of you. (I'll eventually take a 10% fee as of now, because technically you'd buying a service, as of now.)
- Wait until the verify process ends and sell your unwanted shares in the apposite thread I'll create in order to allow a common place were to trade with guarantee our shares here in the Forum.
- I don't know but we have to go further.

I hope I had clarified your doubts, anyway, I remain at disposal.

Thanks & Cheers!

Hi Guys & thanks so much for your verifications so far! Smiley
________________________________________________________

Users with payout addresses NOT IN FULL CONTROL (you can't sign messages from) are advised to solve that issue for their own future protection (eg. coinjar, localbit... and similar could quit or vary their services independently from your needs). A good solution for you would be to install bitcoin-qt on your machine or to use blockchain.info on-line... they are free services too, any other solution that would fit the "sign" feature will work.
Thanks!
__________________________________________________________

THERE ARE 2 (two) AVAILABLE SHARES ATM...
Whoever would like to acquire this limited stock (freed by refunds) is welcome to send the 0.1 payment (4 shares) to the escrow address (same as ever) below.
If you sent more than expected (eg. two contemporary payments), the exceeding amount will be obviously charged-back as usual and the time-stamp of the Tx will decide who "got it".

ESCROW PAYMENT ADDRESS: 1H9njKvPeqe9mS8UP5PQG5xJwijYdz91KH

-- from reply #56 of this topic--
The official escrow address for this groupbuy would be:
Code:
1H9njKvPeqe9mS8UP5PQG5xJwijYdz91KH

In case anyone wants to donate for the escrow... my tip jar is in my signature... Smiley

Payment Instructions:
Please, send your payments to SebastianJu's above address and reply in this topic with your username, the address you control (and can sign messages from) from where you sent payment , the number of share purchased and the TxID.

Example:
Code:
Sent 0.75 [btc] from 1xxxxxxxx2amjhgx14pxxxxxMBxxxx for 15 shares

TxID 8xx8dfxxxxxxx783fxxxxxe137exxxxxxxxxxx7246f227xxx16790cfxxxxxxxd6
Thank You!

Check the OP for main updates till now, like #1 & #2 bonus shares, please!

Thank you ALL & Cheers!

i am okay with you changing the terms. however, there should be an option for people to get a refund if they are not agreeable to the new terms.

Hi akw,

Thanks for the effort here.  I can confirm that my payout address is correct on the spreadsheet.  I will look into the alternatives you suggested as well.

Cheers

Hi Guys & thanks so much for your verifications so far! Smiley

All reported correction as of now have been "metabolized" by the spreadsheet... I'll be back in few hours, we need a "bit" of lull today!

How many GH/s does each share get?  It is not clear at all.

Are the GH/s per share the same in #1, #2, #3 and #4?  The spreadsheet shows 390 shares in each one.

Wasn't it 10 GH/s per share?  That would be 300 per Neptune.

Please confirm.

Hi Guys & thanks so much to you ALL also for this kind revision process!

The spreadsheet will be updated with the latest corrections in next few hours as probably I'll be able to release some news today too! Smiley

@achtung82 >> they are yours man! ...thanks for continuous support to you too!

@............  KnC haven't yet released not the TH/s final spec, nor other fundamental characteristics of the future generation of their machines... by the way, you'll discover soon that they went sold-out with the last 1200 pieces batch too, announced just after our orders started to be placed... So, there are so much variable that may influence our "previsional-exact" future activity that we simply can't answer to all questions about precise calculations as of now... But please also consider that this kind of "fresh machines", beyond other advantages or features, usually have a value of 5-7 times the original one when "in hands" at the delivery... this is just to give you an example of a future "value" of a share!

Feel free to ask & don't give up, I remain at disposal! Smiley

Thanks again ALL for your kind support & Cheers!

Could someone please answer this specific question?

1) How many GH/s does each share get?

2) Are the GH/s per share the same in #1, #2, #3 and #4?  The spreadsheet shows 390 shares in each one.

I just want a simple answer.

I just want a simple answer.

1) 1/390 [ToTal-Neptune-HashPower]

2) 1 share #X = 1 share #Y = ... | each share = 1/1560 (atm, keep in mind PSUs and OP details) of ToTal HashPower, in other terms

3) We actually don't know Neptune's final release ToTal HashRate! Smiley

Thanks & Cheers!

Hi akw - id like to change my receive address to a better one (going to use a blockchain one then transfer to offline wallet manually)

Do you need me to sign a message to you from the new address?

Also will my 3 (plus 1) shares in #2 be combined with the 20 shares in #3? No big deal if not Smiley

Lastly thank you again for spending all this time and effort!!
