I think it takes a lot of time, the fastest electronic money is only commonly used in supermarkets, commercial centers. And we need a personal security device that can access any wallet, any time to payment

I found this expression on the news channel about the crypto currency: "Anyone who will try  to buy coffee for cash in 2023, runs the risk of causing laughter from the seller, that he does not use crypto currency."
how do you think, is it realistic? Can a crypto currency replace national  money?
I think that it's possible, but it will take more time.
It’s true that crypto currencies have gained a lot of popularity the the people all over the world since they have started and also they have gained a lot of potential users who are ready to invest in crypto currencies all over the world. But still I don’t think that crypto currencies are better than national currencies right now because firstly national currency have a more users than crypto currencies then. National currency is way more popular than the crypto currency. National currencies excepted everywhere where as crypto currencies or not excepted everywhere

Crypto will definitely constitute a large portion of the e currency market but will not be able to outtake the national currency as fiat will always have more credibility. Maybe of the woeld becines completely dependent in technology we can see such a change where fiat is not the primary currency.

maybe more precisely to electronic money, which is the same as the cryptocurrency but with the name and exchange rate like the currency applicable in that country, and this in my country has already begun to be applied to several transactions such as transactions when entering the expressway, here the users the road is required to use e-tol where this is just a card containing the balance of electronic money

it could happen when the currency Cryptocurrency really use the sale and purchase transactions for all basic needs such as Conventional Money. And everyone uses Crypto for shopping, even if it's just a cup of coffee. but even if krypto has been accepted as a valid payment tool, it does not mean conventional currency will die, so people are laughed when shopping with it. Cryptocurrency digital money will run side by side with Conventional Money.

No that is not correct, bitcoin is not going to replace a national currency but also the prediction about major adoption of bitcoin seems to be to close, only five years in your example I think that bitcoin has a great chance of gaining adoption but we are not going to see that kind of generalized adoption in a decade at the soonest and it is possible that it takes many more decades.

Bitcoin is a unique, blockchain technology is a very big revolution in this century. There was a chance that day by day bitcoin will be growing but that means not bitcoin will be a national currency! That won't happen ever because of the volatility of bitcoin price. Governments will not accept bitcoin as their currency than money. So, my opinion is Not, bitcoin will not be a national currency

no, i think cryptocurrency cannot replace money atm because the price of crypto cannot be stabled like fiat.
maybe the most stable crypto is USD Tether. It can be used as a national currency i guess.

I'm not sure, the crypto currency will replace the national currency. It is unlikely that all countries in the world will accept that policy. Surely, some countries will reject it. But back again, if nothing is impossible in this world. If it is possible then it takes a very long time, 5-10 years time is not necessarily able to make the crypto currency replace the national currency.

There has never been a new currency created by itself, so it is very difficult to imagine what will happen next. We can draw the conclusion that most Bitcoin businesses are new and still in the process of maturation. In this case, it is better to wait and observe to be more confident about the security and certainty of Bitcoin as a transaction or investment instrument in the future.

I think its too far-fetched to say that cryptocurrency can replace fiat money or national currency. Cryptocurrency is great and all but national currency is currency stated by the government, something that is controlled to circulate in a country, its also a basis for the economy of a country. This maybe a great idea to use cryptocurrency as a norm but national currency would also be the money that will be used in our day to day lives. But maybe in the future cryptocurrency can co-exist with national currency and that would be more plausible and a future that we can look forward to.

in certain highly developed countries, it's possible to see the society without cash payments. But majority of the countries are not ready yet, it requires a lot of time for them adapt.

Yes stryker time is moving fast and we are moving towards that scenario but 2023 is too early for it. I think we would reach that scenario in somewhere around 2030 to 2035.

Let us know that these are two seperate means of exchange for goods and services. National Currency anywhere will always be an identity to represent a country; a mean of payment for goods and services usually in form of cash. But Crypto does not belong to any country or region. The same ethereum or Bitcoin used for transactions in Japan is the same used in Russia.

indeed everything might happen. but I think in 2023, fiat currency is still dominant than the crypto currency. it's possible cryptocurrency will replace the national currency, but I think it will take a very long time. because until now there are still many people who do not understand about technology and internet. while the currency crypto its use must use technology and internet. and many countries whose governments prohibit the existence of cryptocurrency in the country. so I think everything can happen. but it still takes a long time for all to be realized.

I think the crypto currency will not replace the national currency because the national currency is still in need in a country to be managed by the government and the bank. Bitcoin can be used as currency but cannot replace . And the price of crypto cannot be stabled like fiat .  On the other hand it maybe happen in future.

When a owner of many horses saw first car he laughed, he thought nothing can replace horses. Why technology is important, it makes life easier! So why the hassle with bills, with banks and institutions? Why to bother to stand in endless lines and wait for some paper!?
Old people, majority of them still do it, they can't learn nothing new, they don't wish to learn nothing new, but younger generation knows what is easier and better, that's why crypto will replace fiat, when will it happen is bih question, it can happen I'm next 10 years, I'm some countries for sure and before that time period, some countries will wait longer. There is no other way as I see it, one day all world will be crypto, who doesn't see it is blind and not enough aware of the global stage!

It will without a doubt take additional time. It is workable for digital forms of money to exist together with national monetary forms or fiat. Be that as it may, I don't figure governments will make it conceivable to supplant fiat totally with bitcoin; it will make the administrations feeble as far as dealing with their economies. Be that as it may, governments may make their own blockchain and have their own crypto to fight it out with bitcoin.

There no possibility of cryptocurrency replacing a national currency because it is considered to be one of the national identity of a nation like a national flag or national anthem. A government may eventually legalized bitcoin or any cryptocurrency but it will not going to make any virtual coin a part of their national identity because there is already a national currency. Cryptocurrencies will stay as alternative currencies and can be use for any kind of transactions in the future.
