"Grain also provides 5% annual interest on the grained held. The interest will be paid about every 2 weeks."

Hey, I like this idea. Inflation adjusted coin with dividends.  Smiley

is this confirmed, 5% yearly PoS, or does anyone know the stake reward, says about every 2 weeks.  what is the timer for stake on the coins, 14 days, 20 days, etc.  How much stake is generated on those days?

For instance,
if i have 1million gra, on x day, y coins?

I started out with a 200k gift and the first stake happened at 10 days. It was 337ish coin and it took 8 tries to get a block.
I got another pos at 10 days again and it credited me 2 blocks at 145ish each. In between I have accumulated more coin mining.
We will see what happens in another 9 days I guess.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Yes, exactly. The first was a single tx with 200k output. That 200k coins produced a single block and had been splited into two (nearly) equal outputs, this is why the next time you had 2 block, but a single reward was two times less. Now, in 9 days you should see 4 blocks with reward about 72 coins.

So Bosian, are you letting this coin die with not even 1 BTC buy support? Or are you letting go down less than 1 satoshi till we start trading in the LTC market removing completely BTC market from GRA?
Because of no efforts to make Grain being traded on other exchanges, I can guarantee you all that Coinedup is going to remove BTC market for this coin if it hits the 1 satoshi bottom and does not get up in the following week!
This coin is trading for 5 satoshi. Is this the best that this great community can do? I think we can do better to be honest but get your shit straight and promo the coin. It is imperative that other exchanges trade GRA or it will sink like Titanic!
Many things need to be fixed for this coin to prosper. Messing with the initial code was the worst mistake anyone could do! GRA was trading stable over 30 satoshi before all your messing around with POS reward. Look where it iks now!!! Don't mess with thing's if you are not going to make it better and fix this ASAP please!

Thank you

Well I did some buys but the price of a coin is not handled by the dev, it goes wherever it needs to go and dev team has no control of that. Once in market, its mainly controlled by the traders.

We've contacted other exchanges too, possibly there will be more exchanges for it soon.

Also, please think yourself part of the coin community, not every time something went wrong just blame the devs. We are trying to do our best maintaining and supporting the coin. The promo, marketing etc should be done by everyone who own graincoin. It's a coin for us all, not just for devs.

Less than 30 miners now,
I do not think this coin should be listed now.
Actually, CoinedUp is more than enough now, I think.

And, I agree with you, everybody need to make an idea to anounce this coin to the public.

Have a nice day

It doesn't help that Forkpool's issues made it look like Grain was broken,

and now Coinedup is wrongly claiming you can only send 100,000 GRA at once.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to drop by and let you guys know that we are considering adding Graincoin to our exchange to be traded at launch, which will probably be the biggest launch for any altcoin exchange yet. Since our announcement 4 days ago we have already had few hundred followers and fourteen altcoins added. Follow us on twitter https://twitter.com/LazyCoins and vote.

Coinedup still claiming 100k limit, as well as rejecting my withdrawal requests for under 100k.

Going to send them an email.

This also contributes to a drop in price. If the one exchange with GRA won't let people withdraw, then they just sell it right back
