I thought QRK was already on btc38?

I think it was listed, but now you can trade it there.

well, the wallet is constantly out of sync, it's not only cryptsy. Doge network seems heavily overloaded. Hope it will not burn in flames  Smiley

Outdated Dogecoin wallet detected.. Just download the new wallet and post the results..

Sometimes it's nice to get a good run on things...  This is only with 500Mh/s so the payouts were huge. *DANCE*

Except for that damn 19k block.. ugh.. random blocks sometimes man.

looks like some panickers joined cryptsy hehe

I will anyway still hold until next month or more with selling even piece of my doges Tongue I am pretty sure after halving blocks price will not go down ... in fact will at least stay in the upper stage Tongue

still if will go down to like 70 I will send money to buy it as much as I will be able ... Tongue however to see this its longer term investment Tongue but I still feel it in my bones Wink

Hey! I'm trying to solomine but after 5 min my computer crashes - every time.
Using 4 threads and 1 scantime. I get around 7000 hashes/second.

Any advice for a complete noob?

I really wouldn't bother with 7khash/s.. The crashes may be related to many things, for e.g. your computer overheating

Check your cooling, and join a pool

http://hashdogs.org/ is apparently good for low hashrates

7000 hash? I have 21 000 and solo mining in my case will take over 1630 days to solve a block! Join to pool, try to keep your components @ max. 65' C, check your AC/power supply, check RAM, check everything...

But it will be, at best, as profitable as begging in orphanage. 10 - 20 Doges a day...

You might have bad memory.  Have you completed a memory test on your computer?  Try downloading prime95 and running that for a bit.  Do the blended scan and run it for at least 10 minutes.  Any errors?  If you get errors you have bad memory or a misconfig in your BIOS, or possible incompatible memory with your chipset.

Hope this helps!

Lol!

Overheating seems like a reasonable explanation, gonna try prime95 now

Spec:
Amd Penom(tm) II X4 b55 (4CPUs) ~ 3.2GHz
4096MB RAM (DDR3)
AND Radeon HD5750

So you mean 70 khash/s, not 7 000 hash/s...

Try to manage 190 kh/s

some configs out there

With GPU mining on Radeon HD5750 you could get much more than 7 kHs/s - up to 180-190 kHs/s max.
Try cgminer or bfgminer.

What to do?
1. Sell all DOGES (161 000 D) and buy HD6870 with ~350 kh/s instead of my shitty 9600GT (21 kh/s)
or
2. wait long till price rise to 200 satoshi and buy better one (eg. HD7870, R9 270X, HD6970) with ~400 - 550 kh/s?
