Yes, this has been mentioned previously. Poloniex seems to have no interest in working with Emercoin. Perhaps over time this will change, but for the time being this is not a focus of the team. There are more important goals we are trying to achieve. There are already several trustworthy exchanges where you can buy and sell Emercoin, as well as multiple trading pairs.

OP said it is no limit. I think the price is the highest cause it is listed on btc38  EMC/CNY. Maybe more pumps, who know.

I think this coin is accepted by Microsoft azure, that's why it risen a lot, and emc/cny makes the coin more higher.
