Seems rather low, but it could just be variance.  I mean we could technically have found 0 blocks individually and still be at our current coin count.  I think it'll smooth out over time.

Well I am curious how many others have the exact same issue. If all 20Gh/s of which I'm 20% of are getting this discrepancy then I think it is noteworthy.

I highly doubt that someone has found 0 blocks yet is getting all the rest of our coins.

That makes no sense.

You're mining solo though.  I'm talking about the Bitparking pool.

I'm putting down about 1.3GH/s so between you and me, that's a little over 22% I think.

Edit: How long til the next retarget?

Found 15 blocks mining solo! 720 coins  Grin
Before that I was on pool, and got about 300 coins.

Okay, here's the gist of the new retargeting rules.

target time per block is 90 seconds.
difficulty is adjusted every 120 blocks (= 3h nominal).
upward difficulty adjustment is roughly:
 +11% if avg time/block over the last 120 blocks was < 30s
 +6% if avg time/block over the last 120 blocks was < 60s
 +3% if avg time/block over the last 120 blocks was < 90s
downward adjustment if time/block is > 90s is proportional and limited to /4.
= the same limiting algo as solidcoin, just over 120 instead of 240 blocks.

Hmmm, on "bitparking pool seems unlucky"...

Is that solo or with Bitparking?

Edit:  Err, that's a fractional amount so it'd have to be with a pool.  If that's with Bitparking, that's what I would expect to see for 24 blocks.  I'm sitting at 21 blocks and 421 coins now though Sad

Hmmm... wild guess... it might not be showing unconfirmed rewards? (stopped mining @ bitparking ~block 15300)

I'm on bitparking, 10 blocks found for them, 317 coins given to me.
That's a touch more than 5% fee!

I can't get the i0coind to run on winxp or win7, nor to compile at all on linux, so no solo mining for me Sad

Dunno. But I'm going to solo mine and see how things pan out. The rate at which I make blocks on bitparking when compared to rewards is too variant.

Unacceptable especially when I have to pay 5% fee on top of all that variance.

That would make sense to a degree.  But then shouldn't my balance reflect 16-17 blocks worth of coins give or take?  Even still it's way off for me.  Maybe it's just bad luck I guess.

Hmm, tested the gui client in win7 here, works fine except for some weird graphics glitch in the background of the toolbar area.

Can the gui client act as a server for solo mining?

Gui client works fine for solo mining if you start it with -server or put server=1 in your i0coin.conf (don't forget to also set rpcuser and rpcpassword)
just tested the new i0coind on win7, also works
