This project is very good and i hope it will reach top. I like the decentralized settlement feature and will take a look into whitepaper. Reputation matters in this world.

But also consider the technical team to expose a little more, as you will manage exchange which require a lot of development on different blockchains. It is fundamental thing. As for me I do appreciate projects with strong technical team working together for some time to the good executive team who "buy" new technical team(all people new and has no experience in this squad at all, could be a lot of conflicts as it builds).

Good Evening Blockchain.io, I have one query on something that could set you apart from all other exchanges.
As we all know there are a great number of exchanges available to us however when looking to buy a specific coin/token the choice is then narrowed, of all of the many exchanges I have used none have offered a great customer care system with many using system generated responses that do not  provide answers that are relevant or helpful to direct very specific queries, this generated response then assumes because it has provided an answer then it can close the ticket, making us wait a further 72 hours for a new ticket response.
Even the best exchanges customer support has big issues, it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone should I require help with technical issues, even at some of the most well know exchanges.
What customer service will Blockchain.io offer? Can I get a question answered by a knowledgeable human being, or will I be steered to an unsatisfactory FAQ page, user forum or heaven forbid a system generated response?
This is really one of the most frustrating problems with current exchanges, I want answers on my hard earned money, not to he pushed around in circles when a simple few minute call could more than likely alleviate my stress levels....
