Paymium, the mother company of Blockchain.io has filed for SEC Form D which means that whatever tokens they are offering are not deemed as securities.

This is an important step they are taking that they are considering their tokens as utility tokens to differentiate from scam ICOs which are not allowed to offer securities as of yet. A few recognize the importance of compliance.

BCIO is en route to be the biggest game changer in the exchange space in Europe. Also, having an attached fiat gateway via Paymium (mother company) removes its limitations of simply being an altcoin exchange. It becomes an all in one crypto to fiat/fiat to crypto solution.

1. the unsold token will be burnt at the end of token sale.

2. yes, the team reward will be vested.

I didn't saw any information about theses two point. However, there is a lightning network beetween Paymium and Blockchain.io so the transfer of BTC beetween theses two will be free of fee

We are building on the Ethereum blockchain. No plans on building our own private blockchain as of yet. We may port over to other platforms though. But for now, we are concentrating on creating the best possible experience for all users when using our exchange. We have a number of goals, we are trying to build/achieve first. Of course, when the number of transactions increases, we would take a closer look at our options to further improve.
